Hey guys, I would like to ask someone a HUGE and i mean HUGE favour.... My Dad's memorial was recorded onto a MiniDV tape and i was wondering if someone has a camcorder that uses MiniDV tapes that i could borrow for a couple of days so i can rip it onto my computer.... Thanks heaps... Woody.

Hey Guys, I think i know the answer to this, but thought i would post the question just to clarify it... RB25 with a RB26 head... Do-able from memory??? Also is it possible to use a RB26 Metal Head Gasket with this combination??? Thats about the only questions i can think of at 2am... Thanks guys... Woody...

Thanks guys!!!! Wow, so many responses... Yeah it certainly has been a life changing event.... One day he's there, the next he's gone... I spoke to him on the phone like 10 mins before he took off... The sad thing is my mum and i will probably never know what really happened... Yeah he died doing what he absolutely loved in the plane that he adored and into the ocean which he too did also love!!! Just out of interest, the plane he was in was an Aerostar which has 2x 9L 6 cylinder horizontally opposed twin turbo engines.... Each engine is rated to 300bhp... Grrrrr Second time lucky... Stoopid back button, making me loose all my typing... Anyway... Hey Guys!!!! Long time no see!!!! Just thought i would post a message to find out whats been happening in the world of SAU since i've been outta the loop for the past 4 months... Things in my life have had up and also a major down... Ups included going to Gold Coast to spend Chrissy with Mum and Dad and seeing Metallica and almost meeting them but i had to catch a plane so i missed them by 15mins... ... And also finalising the Online Scheduling and Management Program for aviation schools that i have just finished writing... For the downs: My Dad was tragically killed in an aviation accident off Byron Bay at the end of Jan... So as a result of this things have taken a different turn and my Skyline will have a take a back seat... But i will be selling off my RB30 items i have collected over the past year and will build a very mild RB25 with a GT30... So keep in mind that within the next month or so i will be selling an RB26 head, tomei metal head gasket kit, greddy pulley kit, RB30 blocks - 1 with crank, cons and pistons and a RB26 turbo manifold... Also if someone would like to type a concise paragraph of interesting things that have happened i would love to read it.... Thanks. Woody.

Thanks guys... This has been in the pipeline for about 18months... But i FINALLY got it on!!! I feel in love with the Border Kit when Jash showed me a pic... I also like the fact that very few people have the kit... From what i have seen in WA, Jash's White GTR has the full kit, there is a black skyline around with a fake border kit... They're the only others i know... I have only seen 1 other car that is a similar colour... Rob77: Well unfortunately money is a slight problem at the moment and i'm still waiting for some Arias forgies to arrive... Dan: You gunna play hey??? I want to in some ways, but in other ways i dont... This weekend i'm hopefully going for my first skate in 5 years!!!!! You should come down Dan... Probably be Sat afternoon, in fact SAU should come... But i will probably be selling all my gear and use a little of the money to finish off my engine and then pay off some debts... Hey dude, sorry to hear about the de-badging... Know the feeling... I still haven't got new badges for my car yet... Can't decide if i want blue GT badges to match my blue car or get red to show that its turbo...

I couldn't live without my turbo timer... I use it every morning... After i get dressed, i start the car, set the turbo timer for 10mins (9:59 to be exact) then go back inside, put my contact lenses in and stuff like that... By the time i'm ready to go the car is around 50-60degrees... As for when i stop, i a let the car go for 30secs before turning off... Even after a semi-hard flog, i'm running rotational idle so things cool down very quickly!!!

Strich9ine, for the throttle cable, it would most likely need to be longer... For my Sub-Zero Plenum i used a silvia cable... Was the perfect length...

I've seen the damage first hand, let me say that when the steering wheel is turnt left, the right hand wheel doesn't move at all... and the amount of negative camber on the rear right wheel is certainly impressive!!! Pauls right, its just sub-frame and suspension damage...

Pillar mounts are okay, long as they are do not hang in front of the steering wheel... Vision isn't the problem unless they hang really far off to the left in the way...

It could be, or it could be a RB30 with a RB26 head...

What i was trying to get at is on a dyno it doesn't matter whether or not its a GTR or GTST... And don't say 4wd, coz you can put a GTR into 2wd... Maybe what should be asked instead is what engine is in there Meggala???

Jash's R33 GTR made 650rwhp with twin HKS 3037... But i can't remember if that was with Elf Racing Fuel or not... Send GTAAH (Jeff Ash) a PM and ask...

Well one small problem is its still attached to my engine... And will be till i get close to finishing my new engine i'm building... Which hopefully will be 1 - 2 months...
