GCLR33

I've just bought an R33 Gtst off a guy that had it sitting in his driveway for a few years and he remembers vaguely "doing something to make it not start so nobody can steal it" but doesn't remember exactly what he did. I've found the fuel pump doesn't prime with Ignition so with test light I've found that 2 plugs off fuel pump: IGN off all 5 become neg IGN on centre wire on grey plug becomes positive IGN on grey plug right and red plug left remain neg Does this seem right?
