Hey guys looking to repair the 2 holes in my front bar what would be some suggestions?

So I bought my R34 off someone who's ex girlfriend had gone a hit the car a few times with a golf club, they are only small dents but I can't get them out with a dent pulled or rubber mallet, I don't want to take it to panel beater so any help would be greatly appreciated.
