hmmm ... not sure whats NOH though .... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BTW guys, any plans for the TAS Sat? Actually I'm not sure whats going on or if there's really any plans after the show ... Can someone actually provide some exciting insights on what to do after the show?? If not, I might have to do some shopping plans after the show ... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh yeah, ermmm ... this might sound lame but ermmm ... Whats the Disneyland in Tokyo like? Its included in my itinerary but I'm not sure where it is or whether can I purchase the tickets in advance ... All I know was its quite far away from the city ... Any feedback on this?? Thanks alot guys, really appreciate the replies ..

*LOL* Point noted .... Sorta like tying you to a chair and making you listen to Celine Dion singing that "My heart will go on" for 3 hours in a row!!! Damm ...

Hey, another good and cheap place I found which is a few stops away from Shinjuku is Tama Ryokan www.idiom.com/~turner/tamaryokan/shibuya at around 4,000 yen per pax. Sorta like an apartment style but shared bath ... Thats why I didnt book that place ... Last time I checked for the dates 13th till 19th ... its still available ...
-
Cool ... And I though from the Lonely Planet Guide Book, the sumo shows cost a fortune!! At least now I can afford the Arena C tickets at 3,600 yen per pax ... One good incentive is at least those guys are huge in size, sit far also doesnt really matter!! hahaha
-

My goodness ... you guys are the best!! Thanks IG, Drunkenmaster, Daioni!! I will probably do that as a second option, just in case we decided not to rent the car ... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The thing about suitcase issues are because I'm travelling quite a few places and plus the fact that my gf is coming along, we might overdo it with shopping ... And if I were to bring a huge empty suitcase and drag it around ... ermmm ... may prolly give the locals the impression that I'm like some country bumpkin who's never been on a trip before =X ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ BTW, we're thinking of going to watch some sumo in action or the kabuki (or something authentic Jap threatre opera) .... Do you guys think its worth the money?? Not the cheapest entertainment in our itnerary though ...
-
wow .... more and more places!!!!! OMG!! I think I might have to extend the trip Thanks for the advice .... Me, gf and friend will probably rent a Nissan directly from the airport ... saw the ads on websites ... 4,000 yen per day!!! Although its a sedan, but heck .. i dont mind!!!

There are considerable amount of interests from other forums regarding the FMIC, so if interested parties who are willing to confirm fast enough with ready payment, I can still squeeze another group buy of the coolers and the coolers will expect to arrive end of Jan 2005. But there must be at least 15 numbers of interested buyers to form the group buy. Best Regards, Benny

Thank you everyone for the tremendous support. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To those who has not provided me with their email address, please kindly email me with your email address as soon as possible so that I can provide buyers with the payment details. Airport courier?? meaning??
-
ermmm ... i think i better just bring my backpack along!! haha
-
Yeah, from the website shows a few comments being made on the size of the rooms ... but nevertheless, my gf actually want to have private bath instead of those type of sharing ones, thats why our choices are largely limited and also budget constraints ..... Any idea if that hotel provides any airport shuttle!?!? If so, I'm safe lugging few pieces of luggauges, if not, taking the train to the hotel with so many bags aint really a smart choice .... Tried calling the hotel but it seems that the operator doesnt understand English ...

WoW ... thanks buddy!! Ya a legend!!
-
ermmm ... I think its G Max but not too sure ... sorry
-
ermmm .... since its gonna be dreamland in like 20 mins .... I'm feeling a millions bucks in approximately an hour time ... but after another 6 hours, its reality and so the bullet train option is out, since I'm not paying for one but two which includes my gf .... However, if I manage to win (dreaming still) the AU$31 mil New Year's Eve lotto, shit ballz ... I might even buy you a small lil company and fly your whole family to Japan!! hahahaha .... Just so you wouldnt miss them too much ....

OMG!! from the map, motegi seems to be FARRRRRRRRRR !!!!
-
opppps ... Sorry, didnt know about Motegi something ... Was only concerned about securing parts for my lil proj. Actually wanted to visit the Honda Factory, but must give two months notice for a free tour in the factory ... since thats the case, might as well visit Motegi instead!!! heeh .... A journey from the past to the present will be included in my intinerary! ... Thanks alot for the added places of interests .... Cheers!!

I guess ZERO1000 is outta the question since its too far south ... But they stated that they would be participating in TAS 05 too, so prolly will pay a visit to their booth .... As for Spoon, its just making a stop at their place if its along the route (which I still havent get it into paper becoz of the difficulties on the conversion of Jap lang). Thanks for the advice!!
-
WoW, ya like the man of that day!! Speaking of Honda flavours!! No pun intended for the Nismo fellows here ... Thats the reason why most of the places I wish to visit are Honda related apart from HKS and Cusco etc. Anymore great places to intro for Honda lovers?? Keep it coming!! Thanks Thanks!!
