  1. Your problems sound like they are in the install and tune. Not the ecu. The sm4 still has only 4 ignition drivers so the expander increases this to as many as 8 or 12. That way you dont have to run waste spark and your coils will go further without breakdown. I use mine for *A/C control like standard *NOS control *Launch control *Boost control *Fan 1 and Fan 2 My own car has had limited amount of tuning due to lack of time, but still starts, drives nicely and makes heaps of power all with no missing or flatspot's.
  2. One of the DA cars i help with has 460+rwhp. Has baby cams but being a DA car it never gets driven nicely.
  3. Using bee*r with a pfc allows you to see the fantastic knock numbers produced. And it does cut fuel ASWELL as spark.

  5. Because his Intake temps are 18degrees above ambient temp. Might see just over 200rwkw with the afr's cleaned up imo.
  6. Apparently they work perfectly. Dunno how they will go with a remap tho.
  7. As long as the red wire has power when the car is running you should be ok.

    2500rpm?? Have you got smaller than stock turbos?
  9. The aftermarket ones are inferior you can tell by just looking at them(chinky china spec). Just think how old your car is and i bet they are original. And you can get the tie rod ends back to where the are after taking them off. But when was the last time you had a wheel alignment anyway?

  14. The rules are ADR's (Australian design rules) Not state to state. Yes they are illegal
  15. Front map sensor into front AFM signal wire. Rear map sensor into rear AFM signal wire.

  24. When you drilled the tensioner in did you hit an oil gallery?
