  2. Big cams and heavy valve springs seem to be the issue I have come across (causing the cam belt to get a wobble up). Not yet on Vi-pec for myself but definatley an issue for Motec.
  3. GTS/GTR Vi-pec plug-in's now come with a V88 top board.... No more wasted spark for those of you that are worried about it. My own car start's to run into spark issues @ 450KW on E85.
  4. Map sensor signal from cyl. 3 goes to pin 27. Cyl. 4 goes to pin 35.
  5. A high grab point on the clutch also means there isn't much meat left on the clutch plate/s..

  10. All the base settings need to be set. First of all CAS to ECU need synced up for timing accuracy in the ECU. Base idle will need more air now due to the bigger than stock cams.
  11. ITB's like on the RB26 is the only time you really need 4D tuning. Single throttle bodied engines don't usually need this.

  13. Retarded ignition timing will create high EGT's.
  14. The centre clutch plate is the cheapest part to replace.

  17. Not needed.. But great results are had from VCT equipped engine's, even rb30det's.

  19. Wobble in both balancer's? Damaged crank..
  20. Bolt in the centre of the ECU not pulled completely in? Also push the ends of the blue connector. Only reason I say this is i've seen similar before.
  21. Ballast resistor needs 1x power fed in and 6x out to each injector power wire. You will find the wiring at the end of the loom near the afm plugs.
  22. Make one. Speedflow is easily available.
