  1. Vipec AFAIK has hi/lo injector drivers and link doesnt.
  2. Make sure the valve guide clearance is set correctly. Have seen alot of head shops get this wrong and have the same problems you're experiencing.
  3. Greddy did, but I think it's discontinued. The standard gear is adjustable, it's just difficult to adjust.

  6. Well there's your air leak. Tightening the the nuts with the stud threaded into both sides would not of clamped the manifolds together.
  7. Did you drill the lower manifold for the studs to push through origionally? Or did you somehow manage to screw the studs through both manifolds with an air gap between the 2?
  8. Rb25's are 9.0:1. Neo engines have a smaller piston crown and a smaller chamber in the head but have the same CR. If you want big CR 2.6 crank, rods, pistons and a neo head on a 1.2mm gasket works out to about 10.7:1 from memory.
  9. I found it wasn't so much the CAS that was causing the issues but the timing belt deflection. If you ever see a RB on the dyno with no timing cover you will know what I mean.
  10. Brown plug is for the ECU, and grey is for the auto computer. They make most of the looms universal so suit auto and manual.
  11. Why would you want to take a step back and run wasted spark?
  12. Need to look at the ECU file.
  13. I wouldn't say it "is" a N1 pump, but very similar. From memory the NEO has smaller diameter gears with the N1 profile.
  14. Doesn't even need to go on a dyno. Its a simple setting that is always overlooked.
  15. Just been through this exact saga myself. 26 Crank, rods and pistons. CP pistons at 86.5 bore have 15.5~cc dome. My NEO head was 54cc, And I had originally bought a 1.2mm gasket. (nearly 11:1CR from memory) Long story short I had the head taken out to 57cc and added a 1.8mm gasket which landed me at 9.3:1CR.
  16. Over-run fuel cut needs set up.
  17. Probably more chance of gaining everywhere from playing with the inlet. And a MAC valve connected to the G4 would be a cheaper and easier way of controlling boost.
  18. Look like N/A sr injectors
  19. They look like DIS-005 part number. You need DIS-001 by the looks of your coil loom which has an ignitor.
  20. What setting in the idle/rev screen?
  21. What brand alarm does it have? Try double tapping the other buttons(usually boot button) on the remote to shut it down.
  22. How did you hook up the wastegate actuator? To control boost...
  23. Its an A/C idle up solenoid.
  24. Depends on pull-up resistors used also. And having a tank that has the hump in the middle aint gonna help calibration.
