  1. Just hook the inlet side of your idle control valve to the cooler pipe just before the throttle body.
  2. Loose balancer and damaged crank? Hope not for your sake though.
  3. The car has to be in gear(just not in neutral) for this to work.
  4. Make sure the map sensors are installed correctly into ports 3 and 4, and double check the wiring is correct also.
  5. Pull the actuator rod off and take it to redline see what boost you get by limiter. Also your boost source should be out of the cooler pipe just after the turbo. Not off the inlet manifold like it is.
  6. I informed the DPI that the standard turbo wasn't any longer available and that a T04Z was the closest match up. They ever so kindley licensed my car.
  7. Read the Vipec manual. The PnP boards can't be used with low impedence injectors unless a ballast resistor is used.
  8. Put the highest one into cylinder 6.
  9. Sensor ground and common ground should not be connected anywhere.
  10. What motor in the DR? Allstar should be able to do it after next week.
  11. I've always used 1.8ms as a max setting and usually clears any misfire issues. These are all seq. setups though.

  14. Blue with white trace is meant to be powered off the F/P relay(when f/p is on this wire is powered aswell). Powers O2 sensors, Idle control and VCT etc.
  15. That is fine to T from there. That line is for the standard boost guage in the cluster. Tacho signal from ECU pin number 7 from memory.

    Farking hope so..... The mines kit requires the MCU(mission control unit) gets remapped at the same time as the ECU. Will have some results on the mines kit on an ADM 35 hopefully on friday the 12th.
  19. Is the oil filter mounted high in the engine bay? I would set the the oil level to the full mark just after its been shut down.
  20. Theres nothing wrong with getting a check up done on the tune.

  22. If your making an intake pipe surely you can work out plumbing your bov back into it.
  23. Sory champ but why do lots(most) manafacturers all go from the cooler pipe or compressor housing? Cos its the proper spot to have it. The way yours is set up the boost controller will be working very hard to control boost. 1 thing I notice is how much nicer the turbo comes on when getting sourced from the cooler pipe/compressor housing.
  24. Fail most factory setups use location 1.
