I forgot to add, in this process I ordered all new glass yet again(exept front window)...im just an average joe in canada here and finding parts can be hard for me. I could only find one rear oem glass for sale through rightdriveparts.ca the rest of the glass i found easy. i didnt mind the 2000 canadian dollars to get one but found it hard to believe there's only one glass in japan for this car. does anyone know where else to find rear glass for bnr32 in future? Trust kikaku only had used ones. also i want to send my engine to australia for a nitto build soon...any phone numbers or names of shops would be greatly appreciated. thanks good buddies. -

Well mates I’m no body expert but I think my car looks better than before the crash. All the work is complete just Have to put back together now. Can’t believe she’s back I feel blessed to get a chance to enjoy the car again but with more respect. Almost fakin died mates need to relax and drive slower. Good lesson to be learnt here for all the aggressive mofo’s out there. Enjoy your r32s not that many nice ones left. -
these are super sick, although there is only one set of lights I have seen that i think are as cool. there was a group buy in 2015 for australian rear taillights for r32 gtr. if anyone has these post up a picture of them i think there super rare. i do live in Canada though so i may be wrong. this is a set on ebay but would be way better to see some on the car...https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Australian-Delivered-Nissan-Skyline-R32-GTR-Genuine-Rear-Lights-ADM-BNR32/224189442172?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D225074%26meid%3D15ede987e5134429be1d4d9be08eefd3%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D15%26mehot%3Dnone%26sd%3D133023022288%26itm%3D224189442172%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057%26brand%3DNissan&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3Ab2ab39a1-119f-11eb-b0a4-4ee8c3e4b619|parentrq%3A3e32c47b1750a4d705605345fffbee9a|iid%3A1

Thanks buddy. My body shop will warrantee all the work they did and said it will be good as new. There is actually very little filler on the panel and It really does look good as new now. If it does get weird I will replace the panel as needed. Last time we replaced the quarter panel we had to remove the roof...any tricks on being able to replace that panel without roof removal? I’ve had a lot of guys say I’m crazy to want to replace that panel again. some guys say it’s a waste of time to fix the old panel, some say it is totally fixable. Seems like most the reputable body guys have told me it’s totally fixable and will last a long time if done correct with correct treatment on the inside of panel as well. I dunno I’m a newb when it comes to this body stuff just want it to look good so I can cruise again with my mates! Feel bad for what I did to such a awesome rust free car hut can’t keep beating myself up about it....will post when it’s finished see what you guys think. Cheers thanks for the support. -

Now here’s the ugly....I consider myself lucky that it’s fixable but feels like I wrecked my car even when it’s gunna be fixed....one sad Canadian these days. Hopefully the boys and gals on here can pick a mates spirits back up. I will post pics when we finally get this ol girl back in action.....was going to slap another new rear quarter on there but didn’t want to go another 5k deep into just a panel. Let me know your thoughts of pounding it out and fixing it was a good idea. Car still straight as an arrow -

Well mates I went and bunged it up bad this time. I gotta say in 15 years of driving gtr’s the hicas plus some shitty rear tires almost cost me my life and my car for the first time. 2 weeks after having my r32 completely restored quarter panels off with all new trim and weather stripping 12k paint job I decided to go wreck my car and hit a couple hiway signs....cars almost fixed now but damn some dark days.... first pics are when had new paint and looking mint. -
R33 blowing ignition fuse!
MoMnDadGTR replied to ChoppedSpots's topic in General Automotive Discussion
check all your after market wiring if you have something wired to the ignition. get it sorted with a proper fuse or you may risk running a circuit hot and lighting your unit on fire. been there done that not fun...fix it right. i second getting dirty with a multimeter. may be unrelated but check your battery connections, ive had those stupid red connectors on my gtr by the battery get hot and were causing tons of issues on my car. got rid of them and it solved my issues. i think your gunna find a bad connection causing this. -
right on mate looks awesome. i literally just went through this on my gtr, the 4" is the way to go. i used vibrant pipe what kind did you use?about 4 post before this one you can find my exhaust in the fabrication sectionn. we had 4 hangers on the exhaust and added one on the dp.

slow down, take your time mate. silly mistakes can cost you big in the rb neck of the woods. i know rb26 tps needs to be set to .4-.5 volts....may not be the same for you but make sure your tps is set correct. -

at least now that i have taken the bullet to have this thing developed other people can now enjoy the pod if they decide to get one. i took one for the team lol...the evc mount i bought from the guy was about 100us so i figured this one would be pricy. which i also have 5 extra of if someone needs i would just give them away if someone really wants one. can ship for free to the boys down under as you guys have helped me with many issues on my car. -

hey mate, i know this is the first one he has made as i reached out to him and challenged him to design a strong 60mm gauge holder i could take in and out with ease. when the pod holder was built it was designed for a perfect dash which it does really fit nicely. as i stated my dash is shrunked really bad and doesnt give the pod holder the finish it deserves. i actually paid alot more than 500 as i know how much time he put in to get the holder designed. im sure now that its created you could get one for a much cheaper price, but as i was the first it was expensive. if i was rich id buy another and send it to you so you could feel the quality, theres no flex at all and the tabs are awesome. based off the price of some gauge holders ive seen i feel like its worth about 400. im happy with his efforts i own a tree service for a living and dont think anyone should work for free. also the outer edge of the holder is the exact same size as a stock vent so just based off that its enough info to know it will fit like stock as the depth is the same as well. chears mate. -

These pics show the ripping and heavy duty clips that were added way better than the stock clips that the vent had. I’m still impressed with the holder but also interested to see what you come up with mate. -

awesome mate if you can make a better one for a cheaper price id scoop one from you in a heart beat. in fact i challenge you ill take one for sure and ill fit it see which ones better. he made exactly what i wanted i gave me cheaper options with less high quality material. i could not find 60mm gauge holder like that for that vent so i paid for it big deal lol i couldnt care less. -

Well I finally got my custom 60mm gauge holder from a friend of mine on gtr uk. This is a super high quality custom made 3D printed unit. They run about 500us to get one if anyone looking for one in there car. This was the first one made ever after a lot of measuring and testing. My shrunken dash does t leave the best finish but fitted to a good dash it looks unreal. -

hahah mate funny thing...when i was trying to put the fuel tank back in i was having troubles getting the rubber hose where it meets the filler neck on back on. i just finished a 16 hour day at work and literally felt mentally challenged for like one hour trying to get the broad minded person back on, i was screaming so loud my neighbor came over and was ready to dial 911 lol. im a bit of a black out so ill keep those moments to myself lol. definitely a love hate but at the end of the day i go to the grave with my bnr32.
