i always assumed lower revs less fuel ? i didnt realise that if ur doing 60 in 5th, and u need to accelerate more to maintain speed its using more fuel because there is little reaction from the engine and less revs. also in saying that whoring around in 5th uses less fuel but is better engine/transmission wear wise or not ? ima try driving around in 4th instead of 5th for the next week or 2.

he gives u a preset tune depending on the mods u tell him you have and then u take it down the dyno and make sure its safe ? im pretty sure thats how it goes down dude. hes guessing from another state. i dont know squat about tuning but i always assumed each car is different and u needa get it on the dyno and adjust stuff in realtime. but yeah i dont know shit.

everyone modifys there front bar... i installed a just jap kit on my 32 the thing was fine. no instructions required just a bit of nouse. on a 32 with the just jap kit the only thing that needs modifying is the front bar, nothing else.

ive heard of ppl buying them and just getting them balanced and they work but i guess it depends on which one, mine wasnt an xspower one but they are all the same shit. one of the pricks that sells them on ebay is a known bad trader here on sau aswell.

i put a 32gtr pump into my 32 gtst, went straight in there didnt have the mess with nothing.

it will lose water really quick too.

take the radiator cap off and let the engine idle, if the water bubbles and froths up and has oil in it then u prolly blew a head gasket, take it too a mechanic they got a thingy they put on there and if it loses compression etc etc.

i had one that was tuned for a stock 32 with exhaust air filter and fmic. i put it in my car when it was just that with a boost controller and it ran very fkn nice. speed limiter was gone and rev limit was set to 8000. it had a little more aggressive ignition map i was told and it felt really good, also it wouldnt cut on boost until 14psi on the stock turbo, a slight improvement over the stock ecu. but yeah i guess it depends what it was tuned for in the first place. mine was a pretty noticeable performance increase from stock. never dyno'd the diff but u could definately feel it.

if u really want one ill sell u mine, $100 i used it for all of about 3 minutes, the car didnt boost just idled, as soon as the exhaust housing and exhaust were hot enough, it blew white oil smoke everywhere as the oil seal was already gone and it was leaking oil straight into the exhaust wheel after that drove it anyway for about 2 mins it otherwise worked well and boosted extremely hard at about 4400 on a rb20.

jesus dont buy that turbo. you will regret it, as i once did.

mine ran 10psi with pod and exhaust. the internal gate on the stock turbo is 10psi isnt this the case ?

who gives a hoot about the ks. mines got 165k on it and its beautiful, running over 200rwkw day in day out. u cant rely on the kms being accurate in any 32 so theres really no point getting worried about it. sounds like u got a sweet 32 anyway, i payed 13k for mine when it had 130k on it. so relax and enjoy ur new car

air flow meter, mine used to stall aswell and i replaced the afm it fixed it. but dont assume its that. this is a common problem with a zillion different reasons as to why it happens!!

emange gets a bum wrap around here for nothing. sure it isnt no power fc, but for alot of ppl who arent going all out and dont intend on ever doing so it is perfectly fine for them. and is much cheaper than a pfc, especially for rb20 ppl.

hes just comparing to to his 33 to give ppl an idea of the differences, most ppl know what a 33 is like for the most part. nothing wrong with that.

bit of info on the engines condition would go down a treat at this point.
