on the topic of garret turbo's from gcg... whats the general opinion of the gt3071r (internal wastegate) with the gcg rear housing/6bolt dump for a rb25's?

awesome link cheers. yeah i would hav thought the sedan would be more then 20kg heavier. :S also interesting to see a c33 laurel is nearly 100kg heavier and a ca s13 is only 120kg lighter. an rb25 powered s13 would weigh in less then 100kg heavier then a r33 sedan, not much diference at all.

awesome write up! one quick question, if anyone can confirm for me. looking at these pics and description, you have used the existing hole below the washer bottle from ur previous fmic setup with the std plenum. (im asuming?) but you have not retained the std washer bottle. my questions are: although u have used the existing hole, are u stil not able to retain the washer bottle? or do u have sum form of aftermarket washer? (i cant see anythng) what i would like to do with my setup is use the exsiting hole from my greddy fmic setup (same location as pictured) and also retain my std washer bottle. is this possible?

hey just after some info and advice on installing a forward plenum in a r33 rb25. im presuming it will be a bit of a pain in the ass, due to the fact of all the vacume gear underneath it. just after information from ppl who have done the swap over and any tips/advice etc etc. i hav another complete rb25 here out of a car to look at if that helps? cheers matty
