hey kids, it is with regret that i am thinking about selling my laurel. the reason i am selling it is because i need to get ahead of bills and totally sick of being broke. now, car is currently unregistered. also the rear gaurd is slightly damaged. this was caused from another car running up my ass. i have a full set of excellent condition late model tail lights to go into the rear. (only 1 of the original lights is broken) also have all bumpers, side bits* etc. currently the rear of the car is appart (ie: no bumper, taillights etc) so that the rear gaurd can be painted. rear of the car is totaly straight (just the gaurd needs a bit of love) so it can be put back together or left dissasembled dependin on whether u want to paint it or leave as is. the rear gaurd is not a problem for rwc. rest of the car is totally straight, totally rust free and the paint is in good condition. the bonnet has been painted black by the previous owner. the car is currently rolling on standard 15" laurel rims as i have sold all the rims that were on it as i was planning on doing a 5 stud conversion. ok, so we have that out of the way, car specs: rb20 (108kms) rb25 gearbox near new 5 puck ceramic button clutch custom 1 piece tail shaft (with tails haft loop) full cage, totally padded, crossbars etc. rear lsd. (viscious) d2 coil overs. (fresh reco, ie: 2000kms) FMIC full exhaust inc highflow cat, cannon etc rear camber arms boost and temp gauges pod and CAI boost controller (bleed type) steering wheel and boss kit rb25 radiator front strut brace now there is shitloads more mods to this car that i cant think of at the moment, but i wil update this later. as i mentioned the car IS NOT registered, but would not take very much (if anything) to get it back on the road. the only thing i would suggest is to get a new timing belt as it has not been changed and the car has done a little over 100,000kms. price: $10,000 this price is firm, so dont offer me stupid amounts i am more then happy to put all of the rear of the car back together so it is ready for rego, or leave it appart so the rear quarter can be painted. pics will be up tomorrow. located at caboolture QLD feel free to contact me via pm, email or fone. mattysaidso@hotmail.com 0418 537 181 cheers *please see this thread for pics, current pics of rear gaurd will be up asap* http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index....howtopic=156405

drive shafts will be the same as laurel, s13, skyline etc. only thing is some driveshalfts are '5 bolt' or '6 bolt' (the amount of bolts that secure it to the diff) is the big nut that holds it to the hub tight?

hey kids, i have jus picked my self up a rb20det auto laurel. car is being built for drift, so i will be doing a 5 speed conversion. im after some parts, or info on where i may be able to find these parts. i am goin to go straight for a rb25 gear box, 5 puck single plate and a 1 piece tail shaft straight off. cause i dont need to be pulling the gearbox out in 5 months time blown to bits. had a read of the rb25 box into ceffy thread. some good info. few questions i have though; 1: what clutch master clyinder can i use? r32? s13 or doesn matter a feck? or is it best just to buy a brand new one and be done with it? 2: pedal setup? r32? s13? or any its all the same? 3: what bell housing will i need? rb20 or rb25? or are they the same? 4: gearbox mouting? do i need a 5 speed cross member? if so do i go for a rb25/r33 one? 5: where the feck do i find a 5 speed console surround? and the rear section of the centre console that houses the conventional handbrake? 6: if i manage to find a 5 speed console/handbrake setup, how do i go about converting the foot handbrake to a pull style one? thats all the questions i have for now, but will probly think of some more. thanx huge in advance for any info/adivce you may be able to privide cheers matty edit* if you have any of these parts that you wish to sell pls pm me or email me at mattysaidso@hotmail.com
