  1. ^ nice setup i just dont like the idea of welding onto cast iron
  2. i just cant be farked pulling of the plenum ive done it like this B4 with out any problems
  3. thanks Ryan ill give it a try 2morrow and see how i go
  4. i dont wanna grind the plug because they ill have to zipy tie the plugs onto the injector and its gonna look dodgy as fark iff worst comes to worst i'll just grind the plug's down and zippy tie them on
  5. i bought these injectors SARD 800cc injectors and they came with the plug and every thing but the stupid plug doesnt even fit the plug hits the fuel rail b4 it can click onto the injector wat plug will fit?? and where can i get it from?
  6. the outlet on the compressor housing is it a 3 bolt flange ? or is it just round??
  7. well i was charged 200buxs just for programing the CNC machine to cut out a RB25 flange plate i wont be releasing it for free when i was the one who had to pay 200buxs to get it programed and i dont think many other people will now that ive got the programing already done the flanges themself are so much cheaper
  8. manifold is NOT a 6boost manifold BUMP!!! i would realli like to sell this manifold its siting here doing nothing
  9. ive got a manifold for sale and its perfect for wat u want - CNC machined flanges - 6 into 1 merge collector - made from steam pipe - life time warranty - T3 turbo flange - RB25 engine flange http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Rb...86#entry3739486
  10. not in melb but depending on who u get to make it some thing like this will cost around 400buxs with intake pipe and box
  11. this is mine it hasn't hit the track yet because i only just bought it but as soon as ii get it back on the road i intend on testing it out on the track im abit worried about the standard bottom end and oil system but im gonna put it on the track any way
  12. thats no where near a S15 front
  13. Item: RB25 single turbo manifold Age: Brand new Condition: Brand new Price: $1200 To Fit: (What car) RB25 cylinder head Location: Sydney Contact: PM - CNC machined flanges - 6 into 1 merge collector - made from steam pipe - life time warranty - T3 flange
  14. for a 2L engine they dont spool up turbo's very well compared a RB20 to another 2L engine such as a SR20 and the SR20 is alot more responsive if ur going to use a HKS 2835 i would highly recommend a .61 exhaust housing if u cant get ur hands on the HKS .61 exhaust housing the garrett .63 exhaust housing will also fit
  15. that intercooler is way to big for standard turbo's im using that same sized intercooler on my GTR but ive got a GT35
  16. when u cut the steam pipe on a angle cut the side of the steam pipe (wall) cuting str8 down the steam pipe at a sharpe angle is very hard the gap between will be filled up with weld once u have all ur runers cut and tacked all together u will need to remove the runers of the flange which means grinding of the tacks which hold them to the flange plate then weld each runner one by one, the reason why u cant weld every thing together on the jig is because u just dont have enough room to get the tig in there so u weld each runner together on there own and then once they are all done join them all together on the jig raw materials cylinder head flange = $40 turbo flange = $20 steam pipe bends = $4 each thats wat most poeple pay retail
  17. use a vice and a hacksaw i would also recommend making a jig to hold all ur flanges in place if u dont want to make a jig weld a rod from the cylinder head flange to the turbo flange to hold the turbo flange where u want and work ur way from there
  18. dam that flange plate is so perfect i thought it was CNC cut my cnc machinest charges me 20buxs per flange but if he doesnt already have it designed he has to charge me 200buxs just for drawing it up on his computer it does save time and for 20buxs a flange it works out eazier for a hand made flange thats realli good, i realli thought i was cnc machined
  19. i have and it doesnt say H1 or H3 dont worry about it ill pull the globes out again and compare another set
  20. all these nice polished engine bays makes me want one as well
  21. the reason why ur dump pipe doesnt fit ur new turbo is because u bought the wrong exhaust housing the exhaust housing u have must be to suit a SR20 dump pipe an eazy fix for this problem is get ur standard Rb turbo's exhaust housing machined to suit ur new 2860
  22. blitzxtr <----- i love the hypertune 6 throttle body plenum!!!! anyways here is my engine bay it is no where near as sexy as some of the engine bays posted but this is only my daily driver so i didnt wanna spend to much money on it
