Exterior: Paint - Full Respray in Standox: Daytona Paradise (green/blue/puple mix), Carbon Fibre bonnet, Bodykit - GTR wing/side skirts/pods, Tommy Kaira front bar - modified, Vault Savannah 18" chrome wheels, KYB shocks, DBA front slotted rotors, Nismo clear side indicators, tinted windows.   5. yep this must b a common prob with the r33 as mine also makes the same sound that u mention..has done 4 the 3yrs i have had my car.. also lately the a/c has stuffed up & only is cold when on 18 & when on 19 or higher is hot as!!! hmm sorry don't know of any solutions 2 these probs but..have heard it is real exy just 2 get looked @ so i figure i don't really use my a/c so have not bothered about it as yet.
  6. sell ur safc buy a power fc (reasonanly cheap - great results) and a heavy duty or button clutch Um i thought they said it was auto??? Yeah basically it depends on how much $$$ u have got 2 spend & what areas u would like 2 concentrate on most, i recently got a whole pkg type thing done..was definitely worth the money tho. p.s. do not buy a bleed valve, would b better off in the long run 2 buy an electronic boost controller..will hold boost properly instead of fluctuating up/down like a bleed tee.
  7. i've also got sard 550cc injectors in my rb25..seem not too bad on fuel - about 300-350k's (used 2 get 400k's)..hard 2 say with other mods all done @ same time tho.. a bit costly also around $1200 for the 6
  8. i think my e-manage seems 2 work well with the auto..prolly best option in terms of tunability + cost
  9. Some questions. 2. Power button????????? 3. Overdrive button?????????? If anyone knows what all these are for please let me know. 2. should have power/snow button - power is meant 2 give u quicker gearchange..minimal difference tho & snow is 4 use in..snow in japan but in australia - when raining..will actually take off from standstill in 2nd gear 2 give more traction in poor road conditions. 3. overdrive is just 4th gear push in when over about 80kms..otherwise should leave alone when not on highway driving to have more acceleration. Those other 2?? No idea sorry, maybe unique 2 4door or 32 model..mine is 33.
  10. injectors, fuel pump, external wastegate, fmic, 3" zorst, elec boost @ 15psi running GReddy e-manage proper tune with g/box sorted should net 350-400rwhp
  11. Hey JB, If ur after a Garrett GT30R turbo for ur R33, u can't go wrong in terms of both cost & performance. I just got one fitted to my skyline..fantastic. With mine it might be a bit different as it is an auto..but the turbo starts to spool up around 3500-4000rpm (so still heaps of driveability without being overly laggy) & comes on to boost pretty strongly around the 4500rpm mark. I also had my car dynoed @ 317hp @ wheels..much more potential there with this turbo but with my current standard auto 'box tuning was kept pretty conservative @ 15psi. So personally i think it would b a great option..that is if u take it from someone who has actually had experience driving with this turbo..can't go wrong in my books. cheers anita
