  1. SR20 needs more money spent on it initially to withstand high boost and rpm with a metal HG and rocker stopper kit. 20B just bolt a big single on and away you go. Rotors can be just as reliable as pistons, probably more so in this case.
  2. Thats hot shit... Any more pics? Is it for sale? This started out a C33 Laurel C10 Faced C33
  3. Take into account a cross-mission set for the GTI-R box and it dosen't seem quite as cost effective.. Go the 20B MX-5... would be absolutely nuts
  4. ^Haha those things are granny mobile's to the max.. Reminds me of an AMC Gremlin FJ20> MR30 hatchback... Engine should bolt-in with DR30 cross member MX83 Cressida with 1JZ 1/2 cut. Can be done very cheaply if you don't mind the auto.
  5. Just figure what offset and width you have to play with and hit up Yahoo auctions until you see something you like that fits the requirements... Nismo GT LM's would work nicely
  6. That Laufiro is rad... Hot vid, too bad it's tainted with Toyota crapness Dude go to sleep
  7. Also all glass is concaved... It's not as easy as making a template and wah-lah. If you want to do it properly at least.
  8. I want to do this to the Cefiro eventually. For weight of course, and slightly lower center of gravity. If you don't mind loosing function of the sunroof you could save a few more kg's removing the motor and rails.
  9. M-spec one.. and better wheels
  10. Damn Thanks anyway dude
  11. still looks straight enough to drift!
  12. Nice guard work on Wolfwoods car.. Needs something to fill them out a bit better though. 4doorwhore did you pay 1k for the whole car or just the parts you listed?
  13. Didn't think of fans .. Could work quite well actually! Set up some ducting with the fans on like a 75 degree angle aiming at a vent in the bonnet? Could always boot mount the radiator
  14. Take advantage of where you are living, rock on down to a couple of local workshops and get a quote on a V-mount setup The idea sort of defeats the purpose of using an intercooler. Maybe look at rigging up a trick waterspray system?
  15. Case closed it seems
  16. Cheers Scotty
  17. They are adapters. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...mp;hl=splitfire Seems Splitfire didn't want to manufacture different coilpacks for the same engine. If you could get hold of a R32 coil pack loom and are 1/2 handy with electrics you could easily knock some up yourself.
  18. Spotted a 33 GT-R in bayside blue parked outside the Porn shop on Brisabane Road M'ba(wasn't buying porn I promise ) looked extremely nice from one side sporting some phat 18 mesh(Stich possibly).. then when we drove off and u turned to my disgust both wheels on the right hand side where some form of chromies
  19. Coil packs, ignitor and related loom are also different. Some choose to retro fit opposing parts from R32 when the packs eventually fail. Another option is Splitfire adapters wich allow R32 packs to plug straight in.
  20. Still looking for this Been scoping Yahoo auctions to no avail.. I did find the Ph# of the head office of The Advan Drift Meeting though.. If someone could be kind enough to give it a ring and locate a copy of the Dvd I would be forever grateful(+ a small finders fee too of course) ADM executive office 045-948-1644
  21. How much should a stud remover guy cost?
  22. Someone has been telling you fibs Remove intake restriction, exhaust, bigger cooler, injectors, ecu and modify the wastegate to run 10-12psi and then you will make 300rwkw safely...
  23. note the H ...this means JDM... All aussie r31's are however live rears. Also HR31 is trailing arm is it not?
  24. breaker bar... longer the better
