Thoughts on R34 front Turret rust?

Thanks gents. I am going to go ahead and put down my deposit on it. -
I'm looking at an R34, and am wondering what you guys think about this strut tower rust. Is this a go or a no-go? Note I live in the desert, so this car is unlikely to see much more water or snow any time soon. Cheers fellas!
