  1. Also, 1. dont run the engine until the CAS is properly attached 2. check the timing after you've sorted the attachment (there's probably a write up on how to do it in the DIY section)
  2. The sensor has a 60cm lead and ends in a plug, and i'd like the get the plug inside the cabin to keep it clean. It might just make it to the shifter hole, and i could route it behind the exhaust heat shield that's bolted to the body near the cat. I cant see anywhere else that it could poke through. Anyone find somewhere better to run theirs?
  3. Check out the "Wheel sizes and offsets" sticky in the Suspension Braking and Tyres section - the answer should be there.
  4. +1. And I wouldnt be boosting it until you find the problem... you might break something expensive...
  5. Dont forget to check the spark plugs. However, if it is the coils you may be able to repair them with silicon or tape for a short term cheap fix. Check out the DIY section to find the article.
  6. Maybe the pressure is ok and its a dodgy sensor?

  8. R32 have a smaller diameter o2 sensor to 33/34s (and its also a different type, tatania vs zirconia). There was a post a few days ago about weld in adapters on ebay. Yes you need them to get closed loop feedback control working. For circlips, i'd just try a fastener place like Coventrys (take a turbo with you)

  20. I found another post that mentioned 'protex 210J0159' as the rebuild kit, so i've sent a message to ABS to see if that means anything to them. I just dont wont to open it up to find the bore is no good then not be able to drive at all....but given no other options i guess i can be convinced to give it a go.
  21. The rb25 sticky : http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/55845-rb25-turbo-upgrade-all-dyno-results/
  22. Who did the highflow? Was the flow test done independently?
  23. Saying Amsoil or any other brand doesn't mean much as they have more than one product.... You should find out which Amsoil you're running then check the specs against the Total oil they are offering.
  24. I have the usual leak from the back, dripping down the booster. RHDjapan want $485, which is probably about what Nissan Aust will want. I tried ABS at Kirrawee and they couldnt find any reference in their PBR etc catalogues. I'd prefer not to do get a rebuild kit - some say the alloy body can need to be sleeved with stainless blah blah blah.. I just want something that will work first go. Nissan Aust want $198 for the rebuild kit. So has anyone got a specific PBR or whatever part number?
  25. Well i'll agree with UWISSH that Nismo twins are well known for being pretty much as easy as stock clutches - but they're not cheap (around $2K?), and being a twin, they'll probably rattle. My point is, if you dont need to support big horsepower or brutal use, you could go with something cheaper.
