Ok, I've found the replacement car that I wish to purchase so the skyline needs to go ASAP. I am now considering offers over $26k but will be keeping the boost controller and possibly the head unit.

I'm pretty sure I actually have the japanese export/shipping papers at home somewhere. I had 80000kms on it when I bought it fresh from import. So I've only driven it 15000kms in the last year and a bit. I know what you mean about low odometers, all the ones in the tradingpost and on carsales have half the amount of kms mine has. I wonder how many of those are genuine ?

I don't like the EVO 7 or 8. The 9 is an awsome car, but i'm not paying that sort of money for a car. Skyline is still for sale.

Yeah, I know. The thing that sucks is that I've found the replacement I want but can't do anything about it til the 34 is sold.

I paid, 35k for it just over a year ago, did some light mods and the major service, and I'm now losing a heap of cash on it. Oh well, its heaps of fun to drive

I've noticed that dealers are asking anywhere from 32 - 38k for stock manual 34s with mabey a set of rims.

Do modifications change the asking price at auction ? Or do people shy away from modified cars ?

Redbook list the private sale price of an unmodified 1999 ER34 GT-t 5 Speed manual with about 90000km's as between $25000 - $30500. The 1998 and the 2000 would be much different The auto ones are between 6k - 8k cheaper.
