Hey guys, I have just done a manual conversion onto an R33 GTST and with the auto cluster still in the dash the odometer and speedo does not work. RPM is fine and so is everything else though. The box came with very little wiring so i have had to do most myself from the information i can gather from service manuals etc. I have nfi why it is not working though as i have tried so many different places to see if they can come and hook it up though none had any idea how to. Is there anyone else that has done this conversion and successfully hooked this up before? Cant get it registered again until this is sorted. Anyone? Chris

That looks like something went through it. If the turbo was out of balance it would have blown up the first time it spooled.

They dont do them anymore. They dont even have balancers at the shop. Im pretty sure they are closing down as when Aaron pulled out due to health problems it became a ghost town. I wouldn't take my car there without Aaron overlooking operations anyway.

Does anyone remember the Nengun thread? When the main operator went on holidays shit went to hell and it was very common for parts to take longer then 2 months and even now they take that long with Nengun. Keep up the good work Jase Hope Aaron gets better

I wouldnt even get my spark plugs changed at that workshop without Aaron overlooking. I took my turbo back to them after Aaron stop being envolved and they put 2nd hand parts back in it after i only wanted to get it cleaned. I would have yours looked at when you get it back as you will probably not be getting what you paid for without Aaron there. They also wanted to charge me the price of a ball bearing highflow by the end of the shit fight. Ended up Just getting a GT3040R from Aaron and sold the highflow.

Well the engines that come out of Slide's shop are known as the Widow Makers. I know of 3 other people that have had a rebuild and when done with their new turbo setup they have crashed them aswell. 2 possible reasons Me and the other 3 people cant drive (my fault for the crash and from what i heard from the others definately theirs) Or The engines they build are posessed by the devil and make too much power to handle by any man. Im sticking to the 2nd lol Allthough they havnt killed anyone yet if it wasnt for my airbag i probably would be lol

I had a sliding performance highflow on my car before i blew the engine up doing a speed run. It raped the road beneath it Went to one of their Biagio T40 turbo's after the rebuild and made 404rwhp on 1.35 bar then i crashed lol

I blow my load every time i see this car. Even without the engine it screams

Well my engine has gone.. very sad moment actually crashing the car 5 weeks afta it spends 7 months in a shop is a sad moment.. I am suprised we got it done just ask slide normially working at my house takes longer then it should with everything on cars.. Ohh and u owe me a ride now in that 32.. Go the paint job i must have known when i painted it it was going to go in your car good colour match lol.. Enjoy the engine...

I had a Sliding Performance Highflow and made 220rwkw on 12 psi I ended up running 17 psi shortly after but dont know what sort of power i were making on 17 as i didnt have it dyno'd Mines ECU 3" turbo back exhaust FMIC Dual Stage boost controller Pod filter And the Sliding Performance Highflow turbo Sliding Performance has just finished my complete engine rebuild and ive upgraded to one of his Biagio GT3076 turbo's. Just finished running it in and it will be dynoed on Tuesday
