  2. Saw a white ceffy ...modded at about 8.50 this morning on the pacific highway in lindfield, near coles. dont think u would have seenme though cause u were way back in my rearvision mirror
  3. yea im setting mine up below the stereo ....i just removed the old stock cd player and radio to put them there. ( it finally died......i think ...or the ground wire deteoriated ......) at the moent i got my boost gauge there ........prob in the wrong spot ....cause i can see it very well....makes it a little dangerous to look at while driving
  4. i heard that the r32 kits were diffrent and hard to fit......but the r33 kit worked better ...... this is what i have heard .......so it could be a load of horse crap
  5. haha i went on friday night ... i need to make my car handle better! hehe
  6. Mine put out 125 kw ......completely stock
  7. its the 4 doors ! ....thats reason u like it more!
  8. 6 x 9's do fit ...i have got em in mine ....try find the smallest 6 x 9 u can ......the kenwood 3 ways 250watt work. the big 6 x 9's wont fit (depth wise) .... it takes a lot of fiddling around to get it to fit and make up a pod that fit the space...(out of mdf) then u have to sound dead every fricken thing ...to stop the door vibrating.... Sound good though ....i ahvent even don the rears yet... they are still the crappy 6's ... yea the3 stock ones are 4 x 6 in the front
  9. the only thing i have been thinking about is that the s13 ones were made for the s13 ....with either ca18 or sr20 in them ....cefiros are different with a heavier eng etc .... will they perform as well. im not too fussed on this though ...just thought i would bring it up....
  10. it doesnt matter that u dont have a ceff......u got a cool pimpy nissan car which i cant fricken remember at the this point in time ... i dont think it will be held on that date .... if we wont to get this happening .....i will list out some dates over the next month or two and everybody can say if they can come on those days .....when we have a day that most poeple can come will go on that day ok April 23,24,25,30 May 1, 7, 8, 14 , 15, 21, 22, 28, 29, that should be enough... basketcase should setup some sort of table or soemthing in the first post so we know who can come on these days
  11. ok great ..... i will order the s13 ones next week then and hope for the best! If they fit mine there will be even more of a definate answer ! heh
  12. from peterat whiteline 'G'day Alex, Initially we would like a car for a couple of days. This will enable bar sizes/design work to be undertaken so we can produce matched bars to balance up the chassis. Any further development may be possible at a later stage dependent upon predicted production numbers etc. Pricing would remain consistent with similar products and a Group buy price would be available for a buy of 10 or more items. ' ok so they will need a car for a few days ....too_much_boost expressed interest volunteering his car...do u still want to do this? And if we can set a group buy then we prob can get em cheaper aswell
  13. yea saw that post and asked the guy who was organising it and trying to find out whether the s13 front swaybars fitted for it. I asked him whether they would work and he wasnt sure....and never got any extra response from him. when i get home from work i should know how much and how long they need the car etc ...
  14. Ok.....well there has been alot of talk of swaybars in a couple of threads. Whether they fit from s13 etc. I have never got a definate answer that they do ...except for the rear. GTR Ben informed us in another thread that the front s13 doesnt fit. Well i have emailed whiteline about whether we can get them made up . Peter from whiteline emailed back and said that we can but they need a car to model it off etc. They can just have a bar ...but they would prefer a drivable car. I am finding out how long they need it for and whether the prices will be the same etc.. Depending on how long they need the car ( have to take it to whiteline in minto) i might offer mine ....mine is a daily driver and need it to get to work...and minto is about an hours drive from me .....so could be a problem any way this thread is just to inform u guys and see how many people might be interested. Nothing definate at the moment. Alex
  15. i asked about whether they made swaybars for the ceffy a while back on the whiteline forum ...and they said they didnt ...but yea if we can keep pressuring them or get a group buy happening or something like that ........we might be able to get them ... i was just about to order an s13 one ....partly because i have trying to find out whether they fit and noone could tell me definately...... but if they dont fit ...then it would be good to get one made up ..... i noticed they have laurel ones on there ....only 22mm though ...whether they fit.....?
  16. ...well it depends if its one day .....port is probably a little far ......i think ...take 3.5 ours to get there ....3.5 on the way home theres 7 hours already gone.....maybe a weekend for that ......... u dont want to sit in the car the whole day ...... but if everyone else wants to do that ...i will come too ! hehe
  17. love to drive to byron ....except for all the friggin speed cameras and if itravelling that far i would rather stay the week etc.... but yea im up for a drive .... hunter valley?..... wollombi road is an excellent road for driving on....

  21. haha i got the original ceffy key ...i always though everyone did...haha .....but i suppose these things do go missing dont they ....
  22. ....rb20det is pretty dam economical ...i get 11 to 12L per 100km city driving which i think is really good ....and 8 per 100km highway driving u aint going to get much better than unless u get a smaller laser or corrolla. my last car with a 2.4 L motor got min 14 in the city and min 10 on the freeway....it was an NA car
  23. thats dam nice ! ....looks like a cross between a large silvia and U12 pintara/ maxima
  24. lots of people on the northshore with ceffies now!
