  1. Not sure what your budget is, but my budget was really low. Shin-Osaka Youth Hostel is a awesome place. I think its almost brand new(1 year i think). Youll probably have some room mates but a really nice place compared to other youth hostels ive been to. Numba was a cool area, cant really remember much of anything else. Car stuff was really far out of the city. Took me 1hour by train and another 20min by taxi(no car or friends) to get to some interesting places.
  2. Hey People! Im from Canberra/ACT. I will be at TAS(Sat/Sun), no press pass . I should arrive in Tokyo on Thursday, hopefully staying in Shinjiku, but all depends if accomodation is avaiable. Im planning to head to Megaweb on Friday. Anyways, are there any plans yet? And how can I meet up with some of you Guys, either before or during TAS?!?!?!?
  3. Yep, capital thread repair. I forget his name, but he has done my mates car. Does mates rates if you got a mate that knows him. Cost us $60 to remove a snapped Harmonic Balancer bolt. I think its a per bolt basistoo
  4. It's not quite a "drift day", you do drift that is, but it's no way near as harsh as a proper drift day at a track. It's low impact, hardly any wear on your car. The only thing is... YOU GET REALLY DIRTY!!! Took me two days to clean my car properlly. Worth it though, besides my car usually isn't clean.
  5. Pretty much the same position as in the picture, I don't see many other skylines tho, and I haven't meet many of you... but yeh, a few jobs available. Looking for drivers and service people.
  6. I got a place to stow it! Got plenty of room! Ask Bluprint!
  7. If he is interest in working at a chinese resturant, PM me, i might be able sort something out.
  8. I got a place to store it, but I don't want to keep crap forever... plus I need a few bits.
  9. A few pics might get me tempted... I've already got a bits off a R33 GTR, only the goodies were missing, not sure what else I need that you might have.
  10. Yeh, your right, i just looked it up. But then I also saw this... So... did you get caught by a cop on the side of a road? or a camera? Don't cops normally just flag you down if your speeding and give you a fine on the spot?
  11. I think the first zone is 14km/h and under, so less than 15km/h. Anyways, isn't quite clear but... http://www.rego.act.gov.au/infringements/infringedemerit.htm Normally, unless your a asshole, and they feel like it and it's really close to a lower bracket, they'll lower you.
  12. There is a Grip/Drift day at wakefield on the 9th of December, just thought i'd let you guys know... Cos I know that not that many of you guys go to those days, but a few do...
  13. I'll try and be there before 9am. Bluprint (I'll be at the cruise meet point at 8:45) Stinkypoo (I'll try and be at the cruise meet point before 9:00)

  17. Hey, I tried to organise a skid/drift day at Sutton Skid Pan, throught http://www.fifthgear.com.au. Anyways, we needed 10 people to make a group booking, and until last week, we did. Now we are down to 5 people and i'm looking for another 5 people to join. It's happening this Saturday the 11 November 2006. Cost is $125 per person, but if we make 10 people $99 per person. If your keen, i need to know by tomorrow. Sorry for the late notice for those interested. Email or MSN me on [email protected].
  18. Weight should be the same, due to gravity only acting one way, down. It could be center of mass being different. Anyways, normally when you come into a corner, you normally brake or slow down and the weight shifts to the front anyways. Or is your rear suspension really saggy and does your front end lift off the ground when you accellerate out of a corner? You could check your toe and tyres. Why is your front higher than rear?
  19. Meh, i've got a better vid...
  20. Sounds like a Crank Angle Sensor or something along the ignition side of things(coils, sparkies, wiring, etc). I'd get a 2nd opinion on the CAS and related items or try and find someone with a spare to swap it with.
  21. Contact them and try and organise a session earlier/different location.
  22. Yeh, MORE INFO! Check the Crank Angle Sensor. Connections and wiring(look for cracks, exposed wires, etc) Could be your engine is just shit! What engine have you got(s14 sr20 i assume)? You sure it's running rich and not leaning out? I don't see injectors or pump or regulator on that mod list.
  23. Maybe the o2 sensor, if ya got one. What mods have you done? And what does it do above 5000rpm? Bang/miss/stall?
  24. Yeh, hear what happened last time ignition filmed? Nasty, still might check it out tho.
  25. No just another boring clip. I've already sent it to Mark... What was happening earlier? I'd get better footage, if there was better stuff to film! And people are willin to get filmed. I always feel like i'm gettin these nasty glares!
