This thread really should be in a different section too. For local sections, threads like this should be more "Can someone please help me to do a Service on my car?" (maybe local wasteland would be okay). People would be willing to help you out but at the moment it does seem like you're trying to increase your post count and not utilising the tools made available to you.

You should take the car to a reputable mechanic. This thread adds to the rest of the crap on the forum. It would be beneficial if there was a sarcasm font.

We're planning to do a BBQ this Friday. Start at 7:30pm Same spot at Gravillea. Some people have already agreed to bringing some stuff for the BBQ but you may need to bring some meat or bread or drinks to share. I may post a new thread later on.

Check suspension and brakes: Tie rods, ends, bushes (all of them) for movement. Shocks for leaks. Uni joints for movement/play. Brake pads for wear, Brake discs for wear, brake fluid and anything wrong with the brakes. Check Exhaust for leaks, rust Check tyres for wear (wheel alignment, camber wear) I use Penrite oils but because I'm broke I use Shell at the moment (so cheap at Kmart). In the end, you might just end up doing an oil change and not a service.

Yep, I received it but there has been barely any interest in the calendar so I dropped it in my priority. On the back burner until people get more involved. Seems like a waste for me doing work for free when I have plenty of other things to do, Sorry!

I should have a A/C gear for a R32, but it is mixed in with S13/S14/R31. Feel free to rumage through and find it, I'm sure I will through them out eventually.

For sale : After market springs to suit R31 skyline wagon. I don't know if it's lowered or heavier than standard, just the the springs appear thicker and shorter than stock. $60 Also have: - after market front sway bar $60 - Power steering rack $50 - power steering pump $30 - power steering lines $80 - power steering reservoir $20

Depends on the rims. +30 is pretty safe but there are they few cheap rims made around that offset. I can only think of Speedy, unless you go something like Rota's but they are a bit newer and difficult to find really cheap.

For sale: A pair of 17x7 4x114.3 +40 rims. Was told they were 17x8 but found out they were smaller when I got them. $140 ono.

Previously I bought Ultima shocks for my R31, they were the cheapest and worked for 6 months - 1 year. They were $110 but now they seem to be up around $180. I have a few struts, could find a good pair among them.
