    I have the cp 9:1 and they protrude out the block as well, yours being a custom piston you will want to double check piston to valve clearance just to be safe

    If you want a bit more power a turbo upgrade with the supporting mods are a good thing, but the oil pump and sump really aren't something you should be looking doing as a first upgrade
