The scene has changed a lot in 15 years and if you don't move with the times then you will no longer exist
-
Both me and Paul (piggaz) have already been thru this very recently
-
then a new problem arises! That is when you get the seat pressure right the spring binds at lift
-
But to answer your actual question, raised comp in an rb26 is always going to be a good thing
-
The jap springs are designed for a head with factory height valve seats, once you cut the seats it's moves them up in the head, which moves the valve up and the retainer with it and that lowers the spring tension at rest which is what causes float. Also put some boost over the top of the valve and the problem becomes even worse
-
Maybe an apology to the bloke for calling him a cock might be in order
-
Actually the problem isn't the valve spring usually, it's the way the machine shop cuts the valve seats and sets the clearances

Wouldn't that be keir Wilson's old car? -
The bnr34 is a Gtr

Well after a 10 second google search it showed this http://www.cybermotorsports.com.au/

If its a 2.6 leave the standard cams in it and just get cam gears
-
They got bored and went home
-
agree save paying for a clutch twice
-
any cam gears are fine pick ones you like and yes those parts are fine
-
oops just realized I made a mistake in the first line, it was meant to say "you don't need to change the rail or the regulator"
-
Don't need fuel rail or injectors and cams are a waste of money in your set up, even the standard airbox with a paper filter is perfect Parts needed -9s Cam gears Ecu Injectors Fuel pump Clutch Full exhaust Boost controller That is everything required to make 300-330 with a standard engine
-
Nick you hit the wrong button, you got the 9 in stead of the 5
-
I have 2 cars for this reason cause most if the time I drive my quiet smooth car that does everything I want it to. If I want to thrash the Gtr I go to a texi or hill climb. And I'm sick of being called a hoon because I own a car similar to one that hit a tree doing 140km/h in a 60 zone
-
personally I believe name and shame and if an officer knocks on his door and gives a formal warning, it might make him think twice before doing it again
-
R33 Gtr turbos are not ball bearing, that didnt come in till the r34
-
