replace the clamp with a jet clamp and get a thicker hose. it spills out after the engine stops cause it builds up pressure

as you know i own the same shapoe as you. i built my 23 footer with ids on all 4 wheels and electric brakes on all 4 wheels. but my old trailer was a standard 14footer with cable brakes and break away system and it was towed by my 2006 STR navara. ive now got an amorok. and with this trailer fully loaded it weighs about 3.1t

i had the whole under side of mine covered in polyurathene

i have those tie downs in mt 23 footer. work perfectly

sides give it mostlt strength, it started its life as an old caravan

ahhhhhhhhh the redtop such smooth running engines. you can always go for the forward facing plenum if your looking at gaining all or 3rwkw.

to do pipe work your better of using TIG how ever i use MIG most of the time on all of my metal work and stick on site. try keep the rod 1-2mm from the job and as most of the others have said slow and steady and lots of practice, each welding TIG, MIG, STIK and oxy welding all have their own technique. good luck with it all

i would make the final bend into the TB a bigger DIAmeter but nice pipe work

ok guys and girls, after talking with harvey norman at erina a few of us coasties are in the process of getting their car park for a few hours a night on a weekly basis on a thursday night it is just around the corner from fountain plaza and has a dominos pizza across the road. the car park is bigger and it lit up to some extent. HARVEY NORMAN and local franchaise owners are requesting individual rego info, including your name, rego, type of car, etc etc. how many cars: 30 in the summer months how long for: 3hrs max how many nights a week, etc. : one a night a week, THURSDAY NIGHT. now some of the add ons we have that hang out with us are NOT sau members, so we can either make them become members to get more members or let them be add ons. just thought id let you guys and girls in on the loop. jeff

you can also put your rear car tyres on car ramps so it flattens out the trailer-ramps angle.

id love to try this track but ill have to get a db test first. im pretty sure im over 100db with my normal pipe on, would interesting to see what is is with the track pipe on, will let you know asap
