  1. lol, you're a tool. i love jumping in the stagea and seeing the looks of peoples faces when they get blown away by a wagon. going by your description, all sedans are 'family sedans', so are you calling all coupes 'sports coupes'? i know id sure as hell take a stagea over a hyundai S coupe... WGMG is people that think all sedans are 'family cars'
  2. so another traveller? lol or they didn't want to sell it for that much. I bet its up for sale again soon.
  3. it doesnt have a 260RS body kit, it also says RS FOUR on the tailgate, it doesnt have the guages in the din spot, in the sellers comments it say "GTR32 ENGINE RB26DET" so its obviously a RB26 conversion, from an R32 GTR. and are they tip tronic buttons on the steering wheel? that said.. its not that bad a price really... you buy a S2, then get a RB26, 5spd box, manual interior, handbrake, the big killer labour, etc etc.. probably cost you up near that price, and it is quite a tidy conversion.
  4. i bought my R33 with 123,000km on the clock, and it was in good condition, the exterior was imaculate, not one dent/scratch/mark, anything! and the interior was in pretty good nick too. with imports you tend to look at the condition of the car itself, and its auction grade. when i bought my R33 3 years ago, it was one of the only cars available that showed over 100,000km on the clock, but it was one of the best looking too, and as a result i got a decent amount of suspension gear with it for the price of a R33 with "apparently" less than 100,000km on it... 3 years after buying it, and it being written off, it had 154,000km on it.
  5. the xenons in your stagea ARE NOT self leveling, and that is what makes them illegal. (if you were to load up the back of your car, your lights would aim upwards more, and shine in peoples eyes, rather than re-leveling to the correct height) and by law, RAWS workshops ARE supposed to destroy the xenon units.
  6. probably is... i've always been told the fuel filler is on the opposite side to your exhaust (except for twin exhausts obviously)
  7. how many times has this question been asked... search is your friend!
  8. i've got a 25 box for sale, in wa. pm me
  9. ok then, yes you have to cut a hole into the vertical part of the chassis to pass the intercooler pipe through, there is no other way, besides a same side entry cooler, and stock piping.
  10. thats the one, however we bought the whole intercooler kit, but i'm sure the piping is the same. you have to cut under the battery for all the intercooler kits that dont use the stock piping, but you dont actually cut the tray (unless thats what ryan is refering to as the tray...?) i wouldnt recommend cutting the fan though, becuase a) you shouldnt need to, kylies doesnt touch the fan, there is a bracket that attaches to the front engine removal bracket, and b) it can unbalance it, and cause it to shit itself. i replaced the clutched fan on my 33 with a pair of 12" thermo's.
  11. its not *that hard*... undo the bolts in the bottom of the seat, then the bottom will unclip (with a bit of force, i usually stick my breaker bar though the loop, and give it a pull upwards), undo the bolts in the bottom corners of the top of the seat, and it will lift up and off, then the parcel shelf should just lift off, and you are done.
  12. yeah sure, just pm me your email address, and ill shoot a pic off.
  13. no problem.. alternatively you can smash the rear window and rip out the parcel shelf... thats how i removed them when my car was written off.
  14. i have a drivers side door that i'll be stripping the motor out of tonight, so i'll rip it all out, and you can tell me which bits you need.
  15. yep, rear seat out, and the tops are under the parcel shelf.
  16. i had a LT12S powered 25 when my car first arrived Ben.. fuel consumption was shocking, ran rich as...
  17. spotted a silver stag with black rims at about 3:30pm yesterday, waiting at the lights to turn from ennis ave up past macca's.
  18. passenger side of the block, just above the sump, where it bolts to the gearbox is a flat 30x50mm section with it imprinted on there. look down behind the turbo, and you should see it.
  19. FS Thread - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/t169052.html PM me an offer!
  20. yes, they are 4x114.3 and 5x114.3
  21. yeah.. they look good sitting in the shed as i dont have an R33 to put them on anymore...
  22. yep, height and damper adjustable. ohlins is the the shiz when it comes to suspension.. definately get them serviced
  23. my 33 came over with a 600hp OS giken twin plate with unsprung centres... that thing was f**ked! grab point was just off the floor, and i think it had a 5467359346534lb pressure plate. JUN stroker kits sound like rotaries with no exhausts. depending on how you drive it, you would probably get quite decent fuel consumption yeah? the 2.7L would have enough torque to get around easy enough, and the T04Z comes in higher in the range, so you can stay off boost quite easily?
