over the past 12 months ive done 1000km in my skyline

ive got a greddy 1.3 bar cap.. never had a problem either. car never gets over ~1/3 of the temp bar

no way in hell is my 33 selling for 11-12k.

pm 'skylinemad' he made a kit for his 32 gtr, and has a digital temp readout in his dash, apparently drops the temps quite well!

thats all good and well, but then they go to town on your car, and make it even harder for you to pass. id rather just change the rims and get it done with.

nah thats cool, it doesnt really bother me. ive got a set of 17x9" and 17x8.5" on my skyline at the moment, so i *know* they are illegal thats why i keep the stockers...

i think hicks has by far, the best way. it will remove any trace that a badge even *existed* on that part of the car.

are you sure? im 99% sure its 2" larger in diameter, and up to 7", unless wider from factory. just went and checked my rims, they are 16x6.5" with 205/50R16's on them, were used for compliance of a stagea last week.

ive got a set of stock 33 rims with new tyres on them sitting aside for the time being...

i dont expect it to be grade 5, nor do i expect low km's, lods of mods, etc.. but these ones seem to be in decent condition one im looking at is dead stock, rims, exhaust, suspension, everything. has done about 100,000km, and has some scratches on the front bar, so it doesnt seem that bad for $27,000.

did an insurance quote for a $28,000 R33 GTR with minimal mods (exhaust, pods, etc) ITS CHEAPER TO INSURE A R33 GTR, THAN MY MODDED R33 GTS-T!!! albeit my gts-t is approx 280rwhp, i thought a gtr which is worth a good $10,000 more, and almost similar power would be more?! looks like its 33 GTR time people!

did R33 GTR's just suddenly get cheaper? i remember they used to be up in the 35+k zone, and while looking on jspec and imports 101 for a car for a mate, we saw 3 R33 GTR's for $25-27,000 one white, one black, and one (my favourite) midnight purple.. admittedly they are somewhat stock, but id rather a nice midnight purple GTR, than my GTS-T. especially seeing as the money im just about to spend on it getting it the colour, and power i want, i wont see back., and the GTR already has that stuff, and same price. or perhaps the GTR's im looking at are duds? some feedback would be great, because ive got this money to drop into my gts-t, but if these gtrs are the real deal, for 26k ill snap one up.

what are the pedals like? if they have some form of rubber to aid grip, they should be fine. nor can they be too close together. i have a lovely set of (expensive) razo ones that came with my car, all metal however, so illegal they are very good to drive with too

im the same, if i need fuel, ill buy it at the closest BP there is.

steve - ive made the decision in about 6-8 weeks, when i get my company car, im gonna get the 33 resprayed in ford bionic blue, get the rims redone in white again, and some form of white stripe/decal down the sides <-- yum.

im actually contemplating going for a full respray myself now.. blue with white stripe, white rims

looks alot better than that now steve phat guards are nice! im going there tomorrow to sort out a few things with my car (hopefully pick her up tuesday!) wanna have a look at yours too, dave was sorting out the kit when i last saw it
