  1. what happened to the original one you were getting?
  2. power for what? the battery is in the boot so unless your putting an amp elsewhere, you dont need to run any wires..
  3. who would be best to get my R33 GTS-T with a microtech LT-12 tuned by?
  4. yeah, pending design, id be interested in a pair too
  5. well, it was supposed to be annouced ages ago, some time last year.. so its not like we didnt know about it...
  6. can get them from tempetyres over east.. dunno what they charge for the rears, but i know the fronts you get for $140, you can get for $125 + $10 postage per tyre from over there.. so id say ~$200 for the rears too Nizmo - yeah the kuhmo supra's are nice.. but the 711's are shite.. pity ive got supra's on the front and 711's on the rear
  7. thats *exactly* what im going to get Strich9ine... $680, cant go wrong.. cheers for the info!
  8. $2000 to change a few minor details isnt bad? i wouldnt bother with it.. and yes they do come stock with intercoolers
  9. Kuhmo Ecsta Supra 235/45R17's on the front Kuhmo Ecsta 711 255/40R17's on the rear... the Supra's are nice, lasted a fair while and grip nicely... the 711's.... well.. they suck. i washed my rims perfectly spotless last night, drove around a little bit last night (absolutely no wheel spin or anything) and you can see powdered rubber sitting in the spokes of my rim(rear rims only), they wear that quick its not funny... going to try Nankang NS2's next i think, mate has them on his wrx and they handle nice
  10. yeah, i dont exactly want to ruin them.. not the cheapest of things.. cheers XRW, ill give them a call tomorrow
  11. ive got a set of tein adjustable's on my car... but when i bought it i never got the 'keys' to adjust the height of the car... anyone have a pair (or even one... cant exactly do both sides at once ) they would like to sell/borrow to me? (yes i know wrong section, but i'd prefer local, especially if its borrowing ) cheers
  12. white here... mine likes to attract dust too... my white rims are the worst... lots of spokes + white == loooooooots of cleaning
  13. seeing your still on your L's...most people wont think your a very good driver. im on my P's and i dont consider myself a good driver yet either..
  14. they are called 'gator grip' just for a little more info.. i thought about that.. but the socket seems to be a little larger than the standard size socket and may not fit in rims that have a hole just big enough for the nut... however some rims that use caps over all 5 nuts may be able to use it on them.
  15. its actually stayed the same wether i thrash it or not (well.. mostly anyway) there is a serious flat spot at the start of first gear, dumps a shitload of fuel, then takes off... can see it more prominently when you go to do a quick takeoff.. jumps off the line, then dies, then pick up again... thats where most of my fuel seems to be going.. moving from a stop..
  16. just checking my average fuel consumption... i get maybe 300km to a tank (well full to empty which seems to be about 50L).. so about 6km/L. mods i have are as follows... microtech LT-12 ECU, arc front mount intercooler, hks boost guage + turbo timer, twin plate clutch, open air pod, turbosmart bov, 3 1/2" straight through exhaust 4" tip. dyno shows 200rwkW when i bought the car i was told the ecu had just had a stock fuel map put on it due to lack of time, but it runs really rich.. so much that the back of my car has a black dusting on it less than a week after washing it, and you can smell the fuel wafting past as you stop at intersections and whatnot... im guessing this isnt all too good fuel consumption, so getting the ecu remapped would be the only solution? if so.. who/what/when/how much $$$ would i be looking at to get this rectified. cheers in advance
  17. oh.. thought it was an led form the look of it... is it possible to get a blue globe of the same rating then?
  18. $5 sent as 'mitchy lanyard' for me
  19. what model rims are they? i want them
  20. any idea on the code for a blue replacement led of the same rating? i want bloo!
  21. heh, i didnt even realise the window switches had a light, guess i should replace mine, thanks!
  22. mines got negative camber adjustments, thats why i need to get them swapped outside tread i can still see the markings, inside is gtting baldish
  23. ok well my tyres are at that stage where i have to do a left/right rotation... being direction tyres, and different sizes front and rear, does anyone know what it would be worth to swap them left to right + get them aligned? also... whats the best/cheapest place in perth to get it done (preferably around the balcatta/ossy park area) cheers
  24. i can get them made up family friend has a decal business, gonna make me some when i decide what i want
  25. cant fit that in mine... ive got a bigger than stock battery, so that takes up more room might make an amp bracket for in there instead, fit my 2 amps..
