Red - constant 12v (battery)
Blue - Accessories
Green - 12v ignition
Yellow - 12v ignition 2 if theres more then one ignition
Not sure what your doing with the green wire
Fuel pump- might be noisy but will fit.
Intercooler- could fit
Turbo- can't fit
Rims- can't fit unless widebody
Coilpack- I don't think it will fit
Injectors- can't fit
Best to start off low, probably around 35% and work your way up.
You will need to see the boost gauge.
To be honest your better off to take it to someone with a dyno, it's just lot safer that way.
set your desire boost limit and then up the duty to reach your set boost.....if over boosting lower it.
you will need some sort lamda afr gauge to have your safc tuned properly.
I agree with Troy, we still have lot to learn or have some big balls implanted.....if we have too much power its too hard to know the characteristic of your car.
Exactly what shanef said, i think the clutch plate is distorted.
How long has it been this way? it might still be salvagable.
You could either adjust the rod from the pedal or grind a bit off the pin in the slave cylinder.
I just did one yesterday......You shouldn't have to remove the plastic cylinder thing.
The pump will fit back in but it is pain, you just need to get it in the right angle.
