I noticed by fitting it the right way I had much better tune. Lot smoother, better response, better economy, and lot less time in tuning.
By teeing it off the fpr and factory boost gauge line took so much time in tuning and still doesnt go as good as the other.
Yeah did that, about 4000rpm its making 5psi of boost and still climbing.
its strange cuz Mavrics is using the same manifold design and same gate. Had no problem with his. maybe its just a 3 ltr banga motor
Oh well first thing on monday we'll drop the exahust and see how it goes.
I think we need another or larger port from the collector.

I could be wrong here but I believe dropping the exhaust won't help..if anything I believe the exhaust would need the restriction to slow the exhaust wheel down.
To make boost with no wastegate attached seems to be more manifold issue.
Anyway, we'll drop the exhaust and see how it goes.

In regards to IT, I knew it was bit too much when Mavric pulled out 300+ kw on the dyno so I told the crew to place around the intake since I knew this would cause a stir.
I know that Matts 34 is ridiculously hot under the bonnet, I honestly think his run wasn't fudged.
Anyhow, I do apologize and next time I wont be using the IT.
