  1. It's SAU Vic Social Meeting time. That's right, Beer, Food, Beer, Cars, Beer and laughs! These social meetings are divided into two parts, the first if your hungry is a meal from the bistro (GO CHICKEN KEIV!!) and a chance to have a chat with other members then the second is a short informal meeting. We use these meetings to give quick rundowns on past events with video's, pictures and stories etc, to address pressing matters, tell members what's happening behind the scenes and for discussion on upcoming events. It's all pretty relaxed and fun. This is a great opportunity for those of you who don't know too many members to come down and mix as new faces are always welcomed. Time - 8:00pm (Dinner from 7:00ish) Date - Tuesday July 19th 2005 Location - Bell's Hotel, 157 Moray St, South Melbourne (Cnr Moray St & Coventry St Melways Ref - 57, G1) Note - This Pub is family friendly with an area set aside for us. There is plenty of seating (tables and chairs) and meals for all. Who is welcome - Everyone!

  6. Well what a huge weekend! Soooooo much beer, fun, laughs and burnouts Just want to say a Big thanks to all the guys who worked hard to put this event together, you did a fantastic job! I'm sure after the success of this year that next year will be even bigger and better if thats possible! Was fun to get the car out on the skid pan and for once be able to hold the foot to the floor and just spin Sat night at Taco Bills....do you reckon they knew what hit them? I remember at one point seeing Baz (the cook) behind the bar with his hands to his head shaking it in dismay. Another one was Al asking the waitress "do you have jugs?". I'd like to say thanks to Pete for covering my Nacho's in "After Death" sauce after saying "hey Adz, get a look at Snowy".....I couldn't work out why looking at him so pissed was all that intersting. When I tasted my nacho's I understood why! Brissy I know how you felt after the F1! Thanks to Brissy, Geoff and Shiv for run in your cars! All three were animals Was really good to catch up with some of the non SAU Vic guys too, the WRX guys, Fangers and others too! Hope you all made it home safe and thanks again for the top weekend! Photo's will follow

  17. Search fucntion is your friend Thats whats great about the club too is the fact you get to chat about stuff like this with people who have benifitedwasted money on stuff like this. What specific information you after?
  18. Ah sorry just noticed it was GTR, I've heard some interesting info about the dump pipes on GTR's and that unless your running high end mods that there is little gain to be had for $$ value, better of with front pipes etc but it's worth doing a search on!
  19. Ok, I'll put it to you like this. I was running 190kw at the rear, I had a retune and put out 205kw at the rear. I drive the car ALL the time and could not feel ANY difference. Now the difference in dump pipes is so minimal except for maybe top end and you'd probably find as you stated that it's under 10kw difference. I know what I'd be doing Just some cost saving tips, not trying to put you off. I had the same drama's and I've used ALL top name Japanese parts on my car eg. Nismo, ARC, Apexi etc but on the dump pipes I was reading a lot of info and found it to be of little concern. Is your car GTR or GTS-T?
  20. Yup! Nice runs!, of course all under 60km's
  21. Good kits! Fitted one to a GTT on the weekend, great fit and an easy job!
  22. Have you checked the "For Sale" Section?? There are localy made pipes too, do a search on user "BATMBL"
