I was reading a write up on a comparison on the GT2530(I think) and the GT-RS in zoom I think it was, was a very goof read. I'll scan it in and post it if anyone was keen to have a look? The end result was that although the GT-RS lacked a little bit in top end the mid range response was awesome. It was picked over the GT2530 but price is a bit of a turn off.

There was a group but on these in the "froup buy" section. Maybe have a word to them. I think it may of been through UAS in NSW.

Yeah once upon a time we owned a small servo, one tank was almost 1/4 full with water. It's normally not an issue untill the tanks are filled but it is quite common.

If your looking for tyres for a track day I'd recommend against street tyres. Stucky and trackside always have cheap used Semi's, normallly between $50 - $100 a pop fitted. Check them out.

Yeah, if you want speed then you could set up a striped array with 2 disks but IMO it's overkill. I build fast PC's every day and have never used them on any desktop systems, olny low cost server solutions.

Dont bother with SCSI, it's over kill for a desktop system. Just use Serial ATA. Look at around a 3.2ghz LGA P4 as they are the best value for money. RAM depending on what mainboard you use would be Dual Channel DRR 400, there is the option of 533mhz but at double the price is a speed increase I couldn't justify for the cost. If you want a quote let me know and I'll see what I can do for you once you know what you want. Hehe just read the post above Wise geek words.
