I don't think the tank design on the GTT is to good. The GTR's have a small internal surge tank.

Let me know how u go because I looked on mine and it looks like a cow of a job mate. I did notice a gromet near the brake booster but not much fun!

Do I sense a touchey subject here Yeah Andrews GTR is between 30 and 10 seconds quicker than my GTT on the track with similar mods except for suspension but the next track day should be more interesting as I now have a similar suspension setup to him.

One thing you need to remember is that this is not a true track day it's a driver training day. Generally they have up to 14 cars on the track at one time but you may find that they structure this day a little differently.

Might be a copy of the Nismo version, they are taller than the standard.

Piece of mind? No I don't agree there, when you starve a cylinder and melt something becuase your getting surge I bet you wouldn't think that but I do agree that it's a very unnecessary mod unless you require it as it provides no performance benifits.

Yup, I'm running stock turbo with every other mod bar the turbo and when I corner hard on with semi compounds at Philip Island my car choaks and spluters. Time for me to invest in a surge setup.

Yeah wouldn't surprise me if there were more people too but your spot on the mark with your comments. I'll leave it a couple of days and see what happens, if I don't get a response I'll just post every contact detail I have!
