Looks nice man, wouldn't be a true import experience if the battery wasn't flat and the tank empty They have to empty them for transport. Might see you on a cruise or social event soon! Look after her hey!
Yeah thats VERY true. It's a fantastic idea to carry one and pull it out when they are talking to you, it's within your rights and you'll notice how their attitude changes pretty quickly. It's a nice effective trick but of course if your in the wrong in the first place then there isn't much you can do!
I love it!
Yeah sounds to me like this officer may have some issues. I'm from Knox and havn't had a worry.....yet, so fingers crossed. I do agree that IF he is really just playing it hard and being unfair then somthing needs to be done.
You generaly wont find many R34's in car yards at the moment due to the import scheme change over. You better off to call Sports & Luxury Cars (9753 5822), thats where I had my 34 complied. I know they are doing R34's and I'm 99% they had some there.
The main advantage is the ability to use a larger oil filter and increase the oil capaciy of the car. Also can make it easier to change the filter and from what I've seen with my install it makes actualy fitting the adapter easiert too!
A thermostat is useless unless you live in the snow, no one has used one.
I've never had that happen during driving. The only time I've ever seen a similar thing happen is when the car is turned off then on while driving or if you roll start the car. It doesn't get a chance to test the sensors properly for the HICAS etc I think so untill you stop the car the lights stay on. When it happens does the car almost stall?
Hahaha, so true. I remember Roy wasn't happy untill the semi's were balling up and had big blobs of rubber stuck to them. Mind you it took a 180 spin to get there
One thing was surprised about what the fuel surge I got on the track. Car was fine with streets on but as soon as I put the real rubber on and had a go, after they warmed up the car would just die into turn 4 and over Lukie Heights. I just had a new Bosche 975 fitted and they say it's mounted exactly where the old pump was. I asked about a surge tank when it was fitted but they said it wasn't needed. I dunno what to do now.
Had a chat to a cop I train with last night and asked about the Mirage, he reckons it wont be a cop car. Dunno what they were doing in it but he said they wouldn't use a car like that. Weird.
