f**kING UNIT.

Good fat doesn't make you fat, sounds odd I know but simple carbs like sugar are much worse.
-

My preference so far has been 1MR

Try eating some Walnuts or Cashews, they take the edge off. There are also some great low carb bars at Woolworths etc, the Atkins ones are great when you need a hit.

Is this it? http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/help/interproduct.htm

Nah it's a good rant and you make very valid points
-
It's the "needle". There is a stigma attached to having to use a needle. 9/10 people wont have a problem popping a pill but as soon as you have to use a needle, people think differently. My trainer has used, a lot of guys I know at the gym use and openly admit it.

These are both nitric oxide pre-workout supplements and very different. They are pre workout formula's and usually stimulant based. They are designed more for energy and vascularization rather than true "mass" gains. The are usually bases on Amino's like Beta-Alenaine. 1MR as an example has got 300mg of caffeine coupled with Beta-A - that will seriously pump you up! I had trouble sleeping some nights after serious sessions. I use them also, I've used Dymatize Energized Xpand, Jack3D, 1MR and I'm currently using Mesomorph. I like to try different sups and see how they go

Yeah you make a good point mate. It really depends on what injectable you're talking about specifically though hey. There is some nasty shit out there and some nice stuff, hell if I could afford some good HGH I'd bang it for sure
-
Haha, not quite. http://www.lyonsproteinsource.com/MST_Labs_Infamous_p/mstinfamous.htm They are not legal in Australia as the Australian Drug and Alcohol regulatory body has not approved them but the FDA in the states has cleared them. In saying that, the FDA will clear anything with the right amount of cash backing. As you can see, they are an off the shelf mass building supplement. Same effects as a steroid, an enhanced anabolic state but they are simply capsules. Obviously the effects are not as great as an injectable product but I'm not into that shit, that's a bit too hardcore plus I don't need the side effects etc. Was just curious if anyone else has used them? I've done two cycles on these, I'm at the end of my second and I've seen good solid mass gains. They really dry you out and I feel great. Good solid strength gains too.

1. Unlimited boost 2. ??? 3. Profit?
-
Anyone use or have any experience with mass building supplements legal or illegal in Australia? The off the shelf kind from the US etc, not the other kind.

I'm not a big boob guy. A C-cup is plenty, I just happen to be with a girl who has double G's (from memory).
-
Having a GF with the largest set of breasts I've had the pleasure of working with, I can say I'm amply qualified to have the final word on mamories of such magnitude. 1. They sit well naturally 2. No strech marks, yet... 3. I'm sure with age, there will be some issues So the verdict, enjoy thenm young. Them lop them

You guys are right, I didn't mean interval training sorry. I mean literally going for a serious run or flat out on a bike etc with continual high heart rate Interval training is what I used quite a lot with my old weight loss PT
-
Yeah I also do 3 serious 30 min weight session and 2 nights of cardio. I hate cardio though and wont go on treadmills etc so I practice my skating for hockey. At the end of the day if you're wanting to loose weight you don't want to be sprinting. You're heart rate (depending on age/weight etc) should be around 130-150 bpm max for fat burning. You want an anaerobic work out, not an aerobic. I was doing Freestyle martial arts for 7 years and from experience it's a cardio work out with some strength training, but it's not at all good for muscle growth. Bottom line - there is NO substitute for hard work lifting weights backed by the right sups and food to gain lean mass. You need to look at the science of building muscle, it's fatigue, damage and repair at a cellular level. I'd recommend some serious reading, the more you know about the body, the better equipped you are

Agreed, pics or ban

Cheers mate. Yeah I agree, a lot of people say body builders look like freaks but shit, you have to respect the amount of hard work and dedication. It's mind blowing.

I buy chicken in bulk for the week and then marinate it in Nando's sauce or Moroccan seasoning with some olive oil. I also do Salmon filets with a coating of finely chopped cashews and other things like pork and beef steaks. I was a bit naughty and even got some blue grenadier filets and then lightly coated them in flour and fan fried them. I pre cook it at night then take it into work and keep it in the fridge. I keep bags of frozen vegies in the freezer. I put a server in a bowl with gladwrap over the top or a plate and microwave them for 3-4 mins then heat up the meat/fish. I'm lucky I have a fridge, other guys on the road etc have it hard. Thanks man. At the risk of pulling a "La Bomba" - Before - After - I've since been hitting the weights a bit harder in order to get some more definition etc which is working well as the carb load phase supports it with Glycogen replenishment etc. It's a bit of trial and error.

It can be done guys I've dropped 7kg's in 8 weeks. High protein/good fats during the week and then carb load after my Friday night weight session though to Sat night with good quality carbs like pasta, breads, rice. I can even eat yummy stuff like Pizza etc. I eat 6 times a day. It's basically a CKD for shedding/keeping off fat and maintaining muscle (and building in small amounts). I also to 2x 2-3 hours Ice skating sessions for Ice Hockey which helps with the cardio I guess (I HATE Cardio) Breakfast - 3-4 eggs scrambled, 3-4 lean peices of bacon Snack - Protein shake with 30ml flax or a handful of walnuts Lunch - Chicken or Fish or Meat with steamed vegies and a handful of nuts later Snack - More Nuts or more meat Dinner - Chicken or Fish or Meat with a nice salad w/ hard boiled eggs, cheese and lean bacon added (I don't like dressing) Snack - Nuts, protein bar or anything that fit the model. On my carb load I'm consuming up to 3000cal of good carbs alone, man it's heaven lol. I've had my cholesterol checked and it's very good. My digestive system feel really good (less gas etc) and I feel tops, holding less fluid etc. This is by far the most maintainable eating plan I've ever been on and I'm loosing weigh quite well. Mind you I don't drink anymore though and I avoid sugar full stop so yeah, there are some things that have to give. Eating plans don't work for everyone though, I've tried a lot and had little success but this works for me. With regards to fat gain with Protein Bird, check what kind of protein you were using. Was it a mass gainer type high in carbs or a lean type? It's a simple formula - calories in, calories out. If you're smashing the shakes but not using the emery, you're going to gain fat, just not as easily as carbs and fats.

Haha, shift pattern is a olden goldie. I got pinned for that. Only because he was pissed that the rest of the car was legal.
