  1. Hi, came across this while I was “working” and thought there would be a few people here that would appreciate this game, you know who you are! "Sammy Studios, Inc., a developer, publisher and global distributor of interactive entertainment content, today announced Drift Racer: Kaido Battle, a new videogame simulator based on the exciting sport of drift racing coming exclusively to Sony PlayStation®2 in February 2004." The game offers five modes of play for stylistic precision-driving, racing for 1 or 2 players and a career mode that pits players against nearly 200 underground racers in official daytime events and underground nighttime races. Drift Racer: Kaido Battle is tricked out with features, including environment effects for all four seasons, weather effects such as rain, snow and fog, replay movie galleries and licensed in-game music from known DJs Yeah baby......
  2. Yeah rekon I may ditch training tonight and pop down if a few ppl are gonna be there.
  3. Hey, welcome aboard!
  4. Yeah was a while ago now. Was the ONLY day I ever drove my car to work as I had a expo in the city latter that day and I thought it would be nicer to drive than the Daewoo. Had a boot full of Hard disks and CR-RW Drives too! Anyways it had just started to spit as I left work, it had been dry for about 4 or 5 days now. I caught the lights about 100 meters down the road and when I took off I noticed the wheels spun as soon as I touched the pedal and I was driving like my Mum. The lights led up to a long left hand sweeping corner and I was doing about 50-60ish as I’d just taken off. As I exited the corner the arse end of the car decided it wanted to keep going and kicked out to the right. First I though “Oh sh*t this is going to cane my rims but to my surprise it jumped straight over the gutter with ease. As soon as hit the grass it was over. All I could do was watch the pole, then the tree race towards the car and what you see was the result. Had the tyres tested after the accident and I was told they were a disgrace. He was surprised I could get traction in the wet at all. Anyways the car damage was medium. The engine was fine but it had damaged the right hand chassis rail. Was quoted 22k in parts alone (New parts from Nissan of course) and the car was only insured for 29k so it was a repairable write off. I ended up selling the car for 10k after buying it back for 8k plus the insurance so it worked out ok in the end but was one big nightmare let me tell you! Oh yeah and I was fine apart from a mushy nose and bad nerves when people drive like Di*k heads I the wet because you NEVER know what can happen.
  5. cheers mate, yeah wheels will be for sale soon. Standard R34 GT-T's with new tyres.
  6. Finally got some web space so I can put these pics up. They are fairly Hi-res so dial-up users grab your panties. There pics were a result of rain, oil and bad tyres. One thing I can’t stress enough is keep an eye on your tyres. There had plenty of meat on them but were waaaay to old and hard (cracked around the walls) and as a result were like ice skates in the wet. Should have could have but didn’t change em. Ouchie 1 Ouchie 2 Oh and for those wondering YES airbags do F*CKING hurt Pics taken 21st May 2003
  7. Mmmmm good value! Too bad I'd only need it if the bag went off *shudders* Free bump!
  8. Oh looks like it got 400R Rear pods on the bar too.
  9. GTR Wing, Nismo 400R Side skirts and Front Bar
  10. Yeah for sure, long as the cars here by then but I reckon so!
  11. Rodger that
  12. Apart from cost is there much of a difference between a hybrid rebuilt R34 Turbo and a HKS turbo? I mean spool times, flow and performance? Thanks very much for your imput guys! Much Appreciated
  13. Try 725cc's with 3cyl. Ooooooh I can just feel the power thinking about it.
  14. Gee in that case I might run the Daewoo Matiz too. ROLF!
  15. Ah damn it it WAS those cams. Sh*t. lol.
  16. This may sound dumb but whats the CAI? What about a panel in the standard air box?
  17. Hey thats what I wanted to hear, thanks thats great! Yeah I see your point with the high power figures, I think 250rwkw might be the go. I already have the Power FC, GTR Front mount and AVC-r so I'm well on the way. You wouldn't belive it but I was soooo close to picking up some Tomie Poncmas at a great price the other day, I'm gonna be kicking myself all weekend now. Not the 260's huh? I was thinking a fuel regulator too? With the high flow standard turbo that involves changing a housing and the rotor yeah? So it would be a hybrid. Is it purely a cost thing not going for an aftermarket bolt on or you just dont see enough of a performance gain?
  18. What channel you operate on?
  19. Yup
  20. DONT JINX IT! lol
  21. Are there many differences between Trust and HKS turbo's? I'd imagine there would be. You have it mounted on the stock manifold hey? I didn't think the td06-20g could go on a stock manifold.
  22. Yeah I was thinking the same since we got identical cars, mirror image, would look PHAT!
  23. Yeah I prefer to go for a HKS purely for thier response and reliability. I've got a couple of the older issues, how far we talking? Maybe 230-250 rwkw is a more realistic figure for the momment
  24. Hahaha, nice James.
  25. Calders off man, too much rain.
