  1. Speed isn't the killer (I'm talking 10km-20km) it's poor driving skills and poor decision making that kills. There is a time and place for everything.
  2. Couldn't agree more Ash. I had issues with my fuel pump and had it replace with a Tomei @ Racepace when my retune was done because the first "cheaper" tune I has was rubbish. Name: Racepace Location: 9/6 Holloway Drive, Bayswater Number: 9762 9421

  4. Dude, there has been a Zillion, yes 1 Zillion thread about this - use the search function. For an R34 GTT use the bolt that holds the back seat to the floor pan on the passenger side foot well. Undo the bolt, make a hole in the bracket if there is not already one and bolt it on there, you can reach it from your drivers seat unless you're a mega short ass. This will work as I had mine mounted there for track days. If the fire extinguisher you have does not have a bracket don't waste your time. Go to Kmart or Autobarn and pick up one that comes with a bracket, they are cheap. Zing!
  5. Dee and I will be in for sure
  6. You can post any question here but Bec has covered it. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Sk...or-t270575.html
  7. I'd have to agree with you there Matt. Aaron's car would be ace.
  8. Only Commonweath shares sorry buddy
  9. I agree 100%, it's time to start your appreciation for JDM goodies....ARC, Nismo, HKS, Apexi....ahhh the list go's on.
  10. Found this while doing a search on Rays wheels. Thought it was pretty cool so I'd share it.
  11. That Supra v Lambo vid is pretty cool, too bad about th F.O.T lag on the Supra though.
  12. Sounds a bit strange to me, the other insurance company has to wear the costs. I'd just give them a call and check that out but I'd say no.
  13. Nice clean looking car there mate, congrats.
  14. Links or ban pplz!
  15. Hahaha, or that possibly
  16. It seemed so many people were willing to "lend a hand" in previous heated threads but as usuall when it comes to the crunch no one is prepared to step up and lend a hand.....ah dear (exepct you of course Dave )
  17. I see you're in the S.E Suburbs. I used these guys for my R33 cluster when I had EL dials fitted. They were good. Ringwood speedo service
  18. 2001 model is a series 2 R34. There were a few changes from S1 to S2 but most cosmetic as they were trying to cut production costs. Thre was also the addition of your colour - bayside blue. Nismo had styling kits for the ER34 and they also offered some tuning options but nothing compared to the GTR. The "true" Nismo styling kit (shown below) is quite different to the Altia kit which is commonly incorrectly referred to as the Nismo kit. I'm not aware of any ER34's using different turbines. They all shipped with a Nylon/Ceramic combo. The upgraded exhaust system is almost certainly the cause of your higher boost, less restriction and more free flowing air. I fitted a 3" front/dump combo to my ER34 and found the spike was slightly higher also. Hope that helps.
  19. Yeah 2 door can be hard to find and manual even harder. You're better off doing a manual box conversion. You should be able to find what you're looking for, it will just take some searching. I picked up 2 coupes myself within 6 months.
  20. There are only 2 correct answers to this question - 1 - Race track 2 - Drag strip. Be warned SAU doesn't condone "power tests" in any area other than those listed and you'll most likley either end up wrapped around a tree or on Today Tonight. Links you might find useful.... 23. There is so many mixed combinations of body kits on these older models it's hard to tell what's factory and what's not.
  24. No there is also Type M S2's. Don't quote me here but The Type M should have LSD and skirts, front and rear wing. Early type M has low hoop rear wing with integral brake light, front square indicators/fogs. Late type M has square section rear wing, front has round pod indicators/fogs. There was also an option of an A-LSD in the S2.
