  4. Funny thing is I used to have a Daweoo Maiz Van and I always though it would be an awesome go kart with a BIG engine in the back of it
  5. Congrats Jarrod - I can vouch for his teaching me
  6. I find most of the holdens a bit sloppy feeling but that may just be me. Though the the R34 is only a 2.5ltr DOHC (4 vavles) with VCT it seems to go ok. Best thing is to take one for a drive I'd say Some specs NEO RB25DET - twin-cam turbo (206 kW (280 PS) @ 6400 rpm, 362 N·m (37.0 kgf·m) @ 3200 rpm) RB25DE and DET engines produced from August 1993 also featured NVCS (Nissan Variable Cam System) for the intake cam. This gave the new RB25DE more power and torque at lower rpm than the previous model. In May 1998 a NEO head was fitted, which enabled the engine to be classified as a low emission vehicle engine (LEV).
  7. Yeah dont' get me wrong man it's happend to a lot of us, similar thing happend to me in an R33 which piss poor tyres but I ended up into a tree. Not much chop. I wasn't speeding either but I was going to fast around the corner in the wet so that's why I was saying you would have been going to quick for the conditions - ah well you learn from these mistakes huh
  8. Credit where credit is deserved.
  9. Ah yes but "best of the best" at what?
  10. I don't to sound all Mum and Dad but you simply can't spin a car out in the wet unless you're pushing the limits of the car/road. Common sense says that if it's wet there is a cause to slow down due to lesser traction. Just becuase you're under the speed limit doesn't mean you're driving within the limits of the conditions if you get what I'm saying. The only excelption to the rule here is an oil patch but I doubt that's the case. Just cop is sweet and slow down next time in the wet hey, and while you're at it get those tyres checked
  11. I hope you sent the Birds family a condolence card...
