Frankston gets a really bad wrap. I've worked here for 8 years now (not lived) and the place us really changing. Mark my words Frankson and it's surrounding areas will be worth a mint one day. I'm considering buying an investment property in the area. It's close to the beach, the local council is pouring money into the place and there are many new developments including high rise apartments and a new marina going in. Admittedly there are some bad areas and drugo's around but it's slowly being cleaned up and every area has it's down side.

The cops will NOT be lenient, they'll fine you and lock up your car full stop.

Why not get a resonator put in with a flange at each end (tehehe - flange Ash) so you can put it on and off when you like if you really want the flexibility. The rest of the time you just have a straight pipe there. Kinda like a special cat
