  1. Nice collection, all you need is a C110 now
  2. Yeah it's pretty cool man, it's a good set-up. A very solid unit.
  3. More info - Genuine Hanmecson/Direct Lift auto body rotisserie built by Dover Corporation - the world's largest manufacturer of vehicle lifts - is great for anyone wanting to restore a car or truck body or frame. The rotisserie allows a full 360º of movement, giving easy access to all parts of the body for welding, sandblasting, or any other work that needs to be done. This unit is adjustable not only in width and length, but with two hydraulic rams, is also adjustable in height. The two hydraulic rams also make it easier to mount an auto body; lifting the body or frame straight from jack stands to the desired working height removing the need for any other equipment. The rotisserie is also easy to move with or without a body or frame mounted on it, because of the 3 polyurethane swivel caster wheels per end. For labour and time saving, this versatile auto rotisserie is a must-have for any hobbyist or professional restorer.
  4. I have an awesome car rotisserie for sale. It's a universal fully adjustable model and has hydraulic rams for lifting the car etc. Great for working on chassis and saving your back! I used this to move my C110 Chassis around while I worked on it and it was fantastic! I purchases this particular one for $1350 and it includes a universal bracket kit including 2 adjustable door bars. Kit is valued at around $250. CERTIFIED 1400KG WEIGHT CAPACITY. It's a heavy capacity rotisserie, suitable for larger vehicles. I'm asking $1100 or nearest offer. I'm located in Melbourne, South East suburbs. It's quite easy to assemble/diss-assemble and will be east to transport - I can even help if required In use - This is not mine but the same shows details a bit better -
  5. Gold as usual Age!
  6. So you're saying you got ~190 aw kw from an NA RB26? Wow, I shouldn't have bothered adding a Power FC, intercooler, boost controller, fuel pump and tuning to my RB25DET NEO, I should have just dropped in an NA RB26! Got some pictures of the engine or dyno sheets? FYI the Autech RB26 NA - Power: 220ps (164kw) at 6600rpm Torque: 25.0kg/m (245Nm) at 5200rpm Bore x stroke: 86x73.7mm Displacement: 2568cc Compression ratio: 10.5:1
  7. Sounds to me like you're the only one peddling shit advice here. A perfect example of injury is a damaged rotator cuff, a person may look to strengthen all muscle around the shoulder to prevent further injury - like myself A noob who is looking to improve shoulder muscle may incorporate it along with other shoulder exercises like Lat raises, dubbell shoulder press etc etc.
  8. What I was suggesting is that anyone with a shoulder injury or beginning training shouldn't aim to pickup a set of 15kg+ dumbbells and try to do front raises. Start with lighter weights - perfect them and build some muscle strength and decent technique then progress. It's just common sense. Why is is that physio give such light exercises to build muscle strength when recovering from injury?? I never said that low weight and high reps was the key. There is no substitute for heavy weights if you're looking to put on some serious size and muscle but are you suggesting noobs or people with injury just push some heavy weights and suck it up? Don't put words in my mouth.
  9. 100% - I used to adjust my Nismo's that way.
  10. You shouldn't hurt yourself. The problem with a lot of gym goers is weight. Don't reach straight for a set of 15kg dumbbells with exercises like this, start of with something lighter and start with building strength around the shoulder. I personally used to have some problems with my cuff but since working on my muscle strength it's improved to the point where I hardly ever notice it. You only need to look at the resistance exercises that a physio will give you and turn them into machine fly or free weight. With regards to the back, core strength is another point that is also forgotten. With decent core strength and good technique there should not be issues.
  11. Perhaps you're interested in this car? It's from around the same time this thread was started.
  12. You don't need one. Large Philips head screw driver and some WD40 work fine. Bit slower though
  13. These things should be banned from sale.
  14. Great, now we've got some f**king Continental song playing every time I load a page. How the f**k am I meant to sneak internetz without being noticed now!?
  15. I knew there would be a thread for this, so f**kING annoying and I'm a patient guy lol.
  16. I reckon if they were caught they should be charged with attempted murder. It's just madness, someone could be easily killed. With regards to kids throwing stuff of the bridges, I'd stop the car, get out, chase them and severely beat them.

    Arc Airbox

My mistake Yep Would be a good way to go.
  18. Guys chill out yeah? With regards to water in the tanks my old's used to own a private petrol station and there was always water in the tanks, quite common. The popping can also be back pressure in the exhaust. Will vary depending on what pipe you have. Try different fuel if you're concerned.

Not that I don't believe you but I'd really like to see dyno graphs to back that up. Not being a smart ass here, actually being serious - do you by any chance have any? I've often wondered just how much difference, if any I'd see. ARC coolers are rad, I had one (and still have a damaged but air tight one for an R34 GTT in my roof). Not sure what you mean about legal, unless you mean the factory mount replacements, which yeah - you'd get away with.
