So I got the car back from Benno last friday, turns out the fuel pump was shot due to a dodgy install. Also had the car fully re-tuned with more boost. I'm a bit poorer but my car and I are much happier. Now back to a healthy 200kw

Yep don't' fu(k round with other tuners (not saying there are not other good tuners, just haven't experienced any yet), take it Ben. I took mine there last week to have fu(k up's from another tuner fixed and couldn't be happier. Can runs better that it EVER has. More power right through the rev range and go's like a rocket. Extra 30kw or more at the wheels. I'd budget at least $800.

One piece of advise............. STOCK = WASTE OF TIME You WILL get board, and you WILL want more power......you WILL waste money on mods to get there then think, I should have bought a Mod'ed car. Take if from those who know

Well.......the one BIG difference is the extra 0.5ltr capacity of the engine, not to mention the modifications Nissan did from one model the next. I remember the first Skyline I drove, it was at an import yard on Nepean Highway in Gardenvale (I think it is). I had a VERY clean 79 VB SLE and I test drove an 96 series II R33 - Non turbo. I was like PWOW! This this is fast.......Now I look back and think "That was fast.....compared to me VB". It's always fun to drive a new car

A great turn out to a fantastic day! Was a very successful event I feel! Good work to the organizers and Ray and the guys at RE for doing such a good job. Was super disappointed with my cars output but then again I knew the car wasn't right and hasn't felt it for a while, that's why I popped it on. Issues with AFR, Knock and Boost. Gotta stop putting off fix's so on that note, dropping the car a RPM tomorrow for some TLC. See you all at the next dyno day
