To much actually, all up its costing me about 3 grand. I know that’s expensive. But the main reason I decided to go a head with it is because the GCG high flows have a very good reputation. And GCG have assured me that I will see a top end of around 220rwkw with only a small loss of 200-300rpm max in lag. To be honest that’s pretty darn good. I’ve seen aftermarket HKS and Greedy stuff do worse. Once it’s all together CEF11E will be tuning my ECU. And I have just recently purchased an Apexi AVC-R, which is still to go in. but once Its all done ill post the dyno graphs up.

do you have the plastic from the center of the dash, wich go's around the sterio and aircon unit. (also includes ashtray). ill take it off your hands if you still have it. PM me and let me know thanks

The standard ECU will remain in place, I doubt it will ever be replaced. But it is being retuned by CEF11E once the turbo is finished being high flowed. I’m also getting a bigger fuel pump put in. so I think I should be pretty happy with the final product. Edd at Integra tells me the turbo should have no problems doing 220+ rwkw. But as far as I know I will probably need bigger injectors. As I think the standard RB20 items will only flow enough for around 200rwkw

Edd at Integra just quoted me $600 for an AVC-R pluss $240 to fit it wile i get all my other turbo work done. what do you think? is it worth going for an AVC-R?

yeh there was a film festival on at the museum. carpark was packed. sorry to leave just as you were driving up. i was actualy the last skyline to get out of the car park. every one else head off just before i left!

Thanks for the info that’s a huge help. Now I finally understand what a scramble setting is. That’s awesome. I was original thinking like 7 psi for the wet and 14ps daily driving and then a third when I want to smoke you at the lights (just kidding) But I guess I do only need 2 setting. thanks heaps I really appreciate it

I’ve been sifting through my hpi mags and found the Gizzmo IBC. It looks pretty cool. 4 boost settings with a real-time digital boost display. Retails for $400. hpi have given it a pretty good review. Any one else heard of these.

My car will be going in to get the turbo high flowed next week and I need to get my self a boost controller I was wondering if any one had any recommendations as I want something that has at least 2 boost setting. would this turo bolt straight up to an rb20det or would some modding be involved. also how much hp is the turbo good for (whats it rated at)

well it looks like my turbo has finaly bit the dust. so im looking at getting it high flowed within the next 4-5 weeks. once thats done i'll finaly get you to tune mine.

I just heard from a mate of mine that Dickson is now requiring an engineer’s certificate for any form of Pedders suspension. The Pedders brand name has had to many bad instances with the Dickson pits so now any form of Pedders suspension needs an engineers, even basic lowered springs and heavy duty shocks.

thanks guys. ill have the wireing cheched, but its not exsacly your everyday security system. it has so many exspantions and seperate systems running ints not funny. but ill check it out. i had it all installed at supper audio installations, and when i had it installed they told me my battery was probably to small. but ill get them to double check every thing aswell as looking into the computer realy.
