hey guys i thought i might head out to the musium tonight, havent been out in awile (lifes been buissy) hope to cahch up and see you all again.

corect me if im rong but insent the avc-r just a digital boost controler if so dose this mean he is just running the standard ecu if so i beleve this is what i will go for!

any idea when it would start to spool (i thingk my stock one starts between 2800rpm-3000rpm)

hey guys i think the stock turbo on my rb20 is on its way out. so i whant to replace it with something simmiler as im not after much more power. if i was to replace it with an rb25turbo or a vg30turbo (after replaceing whatever manifolds that need to be) would i be able to run ether of these (even if its at stock boost) with the stock ecu, or would i have to get an aftermarket/rechip/pigigyback/whatever. as i dont want to speend to much and i dont think its worth putting on another rb20turbo. any help apriciated

do rb20de cams run in a rb20det on the standard ecu?

the engine will still rev past that to a bit past 7 but every thing after 6'200 the power starts top drop off. i gusee what im asking is will replacing the ecu let it produce more power past 6'200 rpm

To be perfectly honest it doesn’t look as bad as what I thought it would

what dose an RB20DET rev to? myne rev's to about 5'200 rpm but can the engene rev higher on standard internals if had the ecu chiped. or do you still need cam's to rev higher than 5'200 thanks guys, i hate to bother you with all my stuped questions but i feel if i don't ask ill never know!

ok i have now found that the rb20 dose not have a IAT sensor so i need to find the coolant temp sensor any one know where that is?

i know for shure that the r32 and r33 dose this is a pic of the one for the r33 but i think its in a diferent place on the r32

sorry the AFM only mesures the amount of air flow going into the engine but it dosent mesure the temp. the IAT sensor mesures the temp i know its lokated some ware in the back of the engine bay posably the pasenger side but not sure exactly were or what it looks like.

the one that mesures the amount of oxigen going in to the engine and helps the ecu ditermen how much fule to pump in to the engine

dose anyone know were the air temperature sensor is on the r32 gts-t? I can find the AFM but i don't know were the IAT sensor is any help apreciated!

thanks guys, i had a bit of a debate with the dixon test ofice, aparently the sticker plate on my car say's i can have mached rims but my enginers certificet dosn't, and that is what theay are winging about. i managed to get in contact with the guy who did my certificet and he is going to write me another one. hope he doesent charge me for it seing it was his fault to begin with but well se what hapens. thanks to every one who ofered and those who pm me, thanks alot it was muchley apreciated

anyone got a set of rims Ican borow or buy net to get my car over the pits and they nocked me back because i have 7" rims on front and 8" wide rims on back i have a compliance to say i can have just about any size wheel on the car but all 4 have to be the same can any one help me out?

ive worked for at least half the computer stores in canberra take my advice do not by anything proprietary e.g. hp, packard bell, or anything you would normaly by from a store like harvey norman. get somthing custome. for price i do recomend the computer fair but you have to know what your doing, research your items and the retail price then compair, and try to find stalls that are run by peolple who have there own computer buisness in canberra, many stalls at the fair are mainly asians who run buissneses in sydney who I whouldnt trust them as far as i could throw them. also i pays to go to the fair for a few weeks befor you buy anything that way you can get to know who are the regulers, so you know who will be there if you have to take something back e.g. the fault part they sold you hop this is of some help

well as most of you know, there has been a bit of talk about initial - D over the last week or so, and there has been alot of talk about the game and the animated tv series. well some news was surfin the net wasting some time yesterday and came across this http://hk.initialdthemovie.com/index_en.html this is it the initial-d feature film with real cars and real actors. the film is in japanise and looks to be realesed with inglish subs and posably an inglish audio dub. it hits china on th 23/06/05 so hopfuly it wont belong before i can my hands on a copy! the website takes awile to load (all flash meadia) but its got a few short trailers and a few pics and info on the film, checkit out!
