  7. Hi All, Ok I need your help and opinion’s.... I have a 94 R33 GTS-t, and its developed a high pitch screech not loud but noticeable at high rpm 5500+ Like a random "teee teeeeeeeeee tetetee eteeeee" if you can kind of understand I’m assuming its turbo bearings... ? I’m running stock boost, not loosing boost, or any major power losses, only mods are: - Full turbo back exhaust - POD - BOV - Stock IC I’m going to be selling it in the next few months, and want to fix it before i sell. What options should I consider... Finding recon Second-hand R33 GTS-t turbo? Fixing Bearing only? Hi-Flowing? Thicker Oil ... I dunno ... please give me some views/opinions’, it would be much appreciated. I’m in W.A so any places that you can recommend for me to take the car to as well. Kind Regards Steve

  10. Well i got it checked out today, and here is the verdict. well there are 2 issues. 1. PBR dont make a "Heavy Duty" clutch, its a stock clutch kit for R33's but it says its heavy duty (Faulse Advertising, seemings its written on the box it comes in) I found this out by ringing them today, it is recommended for Non turbo's, so they say. These are the PBR Presure plate and Clutch plate 2. The Master Clutch cylinder was over adjusted thus putting way to much pressure on the clutch, not letting it fully release therefore it was slipping all the time. (it was as if you were driving with your foot on the clutch, enough to make it slip all the time) So the clutch managed to "GLAZE" its self, this means it got that hot it turned blue, causing it to glaze. Therefore when the car came on boost even the slightest, it cant engage properly, and slips and slips and slips. So i recommend not to go "PBR" if you have a performance car. Im now getting a new performance clutch, probably "Exedy" or something simular. So now i should be able to enjoy my car properly, with a PROPER heavy duty performance clutch. Hope this can provide some info on Clutches if you need to replace it. PBR = NO (unless you want to, or have heard different, or they make a better clutch) The PBR clutch kit i got retailed for $550 (i didnt pay that but yeah) So hopefully this week i can get a new clutch kit and all is well. I will keep you posted. Kind Regards Steve
  11. My clutch was starting to slip, so i went out and bought a new PBR Heavy Duty Clutch kit for my 94 R33 GTS-t Went and got the new clutch kit put in (New Presure plate, clutch plate and release Bearing) Went to go pick it up, put my foot on the clutch pedal and it stuck down the bottom with very very little effort to push it down. After a few adjustments its was able to spring back, but was still sh|t house. Took it for a test drive and it was slipping and messy to change, the clutch pedal was WAY to soft and sticky. Then they told me my Master clutch cylinder was starting to sweat and show signs of leaking. So i imported (through nissan from japan) new genuine Master and Slave Clutch Cylinders. Got them installed, bled and refilled the clutch fluid. It now slips in every gear as soon as it come on boost, not even thrashing. half throttle and comming on boost it slips to sh|t. Stock boost. First thing that comes to mind, the install was sh|t and may not have been done properly. <_< Second, the clutch kit may be stuffed ? Any other thoughts ??? for when i take it back to get it fix ? Kind Regards Steve
  12. oh great, looks good i will have to check out some places that supply them. Thanks heaps Kind Regards Steve
