  1. i love motual i used penrite and its the worst black in two weeks it broke down when it got hot the car looses power changed up with motul and fixed problem gone!!!!!!! done nearly 5k on oil and its still gold!!!!!!!!
  2. just put a metal plate in the wastegate and take it 4 a drive and u will have flutter just open the two bolts and slide the metal in therefore blocking the air and making it return out the air filter
  3. unfortunantly i not made of money but evn tho it a cold problem rather than a hot problem could it still b the coil pack???

  6. thanks for ur advice mate. so wat u r sayin is that i keep my turbo on there now but replace the backing with a r33 housing so i can just use a blown 33 turbo yeh if i only need the housing???
  7. yeh because my wastegate is set to 10psi standard which is also wat makes me wonder i know it not big but my mates ones are 7psi tho

  11. i got the Rb20det with T28 just wondering if the Vg30 is a good upgrade for the $500 mark or is the T28 better over all???? wat r the pros and cons??? i dont want an aftermarket turbo cant afford one so wat is the best standard turbo to bolt to my rb20det any help appreciated!!!!!! thanx
  12. i got the same pistons and stroke an xtra .2l but yeh i actually idle at 1080 or 1100 but i think its alright i like it like that but if u dont just turn the screw down or move the xcellerator cable back a lill easy fix

  14. will bolt up directly to a Rb20 yes but will need sum minor xhaust mods and oil lines and shit
  15. yeh thats a possiblity but its just harder wen checking when cold cause on the rb20det i can only reach cylinders 1-3 numbrs 4,5,6 are under the inlet piping i dont use the cover on there but wen it breaks down wen hot u can just play around lookin 4 fault once engine is hot, but now being the cold issue i have limted time to fault find b4 it corrects itself and drives normal, the fault is so annoying cause it is intermittant it wont do it many days, this will sound strange but it only happens on hot days once parkd out front work 4 9 hours then wne drive it goes rexxy till engine warms up. on a cooler day it wont do it!!!! me confussed :bs!: :bs!: :bs!:

  19. i got new thermostat, new water pump,new radiator new everything with cooling sysytemthe hottest it gets is 80 deg max

  21. i thatght coil packs only break down when they are hot this is when they arecold itshappening i have checked my afm it seems alright! i cleaned it the otherday
