well intresting u say that the first one sounds simular i had an intermittent miss and the turn off but dint think related after mechanics trying no good i thaught i might play n stop being lazy neways wen i pushed the wiring loom plug into the coil with force it cum good and then miss neways i change the c/pack but i think i bent the age old wiring all the way back wonder if that had nething to do wif da fix......... mayb should just replace those whole wiring loom :headspin:

i have the Rb20det, neways i was at the traffic lights and then all of a sudden the car turned itself off 4 no reason at all the revs didnt slowly drop they just went straight down and then happened again at next light and that time it took to cranks to get her firing again...................then drove perfect and still to today nufin but this prob happened once 6 months ago?????? ne ideas 3 times = me try fix!!!!! so help nebody appreciated :bs!:

i have the most annoying problem its an intermittant thing after 5 mins of driving the car will drop a cylinder and then pick it back but again 5mins later. have had it at other mechanics and htey cant find the fault well they can c it but they claim not enough time to test it. if any one has had this problem or knows wat it is please advice me. they tested the car with new coil packs ( well 6 of there own) and they say it still does it? help appreciated as i am all outta ideas

okay heres the problem that has plagued me for months after 5 mins of driving it will drop a cylinder thene pick it up again after 5 mins in rexy mode and then be good 4 da rest of my journey! now i have had it checked a genesis they cant find the fualt but they can see its there its hard to test they claim cause it is intermittent has any come accross this problem b4 if so please let me know ur helpful idea as i am all out of them

i just thaught i would put in my two cents well i think with or with out this story if u drive a turboed car u will b at fault 4 everything in soceity cause drag racing is the worlds biggest crime!!! ( haha yeh well mayb not) so it seems every state is cumin down i have also two had incidents where the cops make up facts which well they never happened now if u try object u get fined 4 talking back well go figure either way they will end up winning wat can u do. Well word is now drag racing will send u to jail first offence. yeh that aient kewl but yet stabbing sum1 u only get community service mmmmhhh which is worse. if i wanna drag i take my life in my hands i trust my car fark i spend all my money into it better b relaiable!!! thats my bitching done

well iam liking ur nolledge here i think i will try ignition module altho i rang up to buy a new one and they want $800 bloody nissan parts. u say not xpensive how then to do i dunno bout wrecker parts as with my luck it will **** up in a month or two?? help appreciated

sorry iam intrested in ur theory BUt wouldnt this be more of a constatnt problem mine is only intermittant and mainly on idle wen sitting for a while and after the car reaches 75-80 deg norm operating temp then it all comes good??? thanks

well firstly i replaced with brand new nissan coil pack haha they not cheap the impedence on them is also good!!!!! iam starting to think faulty injector but i dunno cause wen it is warming up ie i leave for ten minutes its will start missing and then go into rExy mode! its an idle problem in the first ten minutes of driving but then becomes all sweet. but its intermitant!!!! the engine is reasonably to new had the thing rebuilt about 8 months ago

okay here the story in short my car goes into rexy mode after a few minutes in cold start i have changed coil packs and all other obvious things! sometimes will go away now iam really confussed today as the fact iam driving in rexy mode (missing a cylinder) then i turn the car off and start it agian and wat do u know fixes itself???? iam really confussed cause it goes away and then comes back but once it gets normal its fine Has ne1 experienced this????

ey i feel ur pain i have a simular problem mine when cold will occasionally do the same thaught i fixed it with a new coil pack but shorley enough i happening again but once warm snaps out of it and is fine i have also had an engine rebuilt about 5 months ago only happenin now

more power = more better and apparenty silver top came wit better turbo
