If possible asap... i just have to get hold of the coolers which just contacting the distributor to organise a deal of a certain number of them, then i have to get one fitted to my car to make a blank of the piping then remove it again and get the piping copied in alloy as one piece, with no welded joins, and then get hold of clamps and silicon joins then its ready to go. I want them ready to go in the next fortnight at the lastest. I'll psot definate details this week.

Depends dude not sure yet until i talk orders with teh distributor as to how much they will be from scratch then i can determine the costs.

It will run like a proper fron mount should, only usin gone of the stock pipes being the one comeing off the turbo, the outlet of the cooler will run through a 3" holesaw cut hole the side panel and up and along the radiator to the throttle body like say a HKS cooler kit etc.

Hey peoples, After the extremely good response to my thread about my decision to make and sell good coolers cheap, i was interested to see so many of you would like a full cooler kit instead of just the cooler (seems logical ey ) So i have thought about things a bit more thoroughly and have found that for me to make the cooler i was saying and a piping kit will raise costs a little more than i want. So i have looked around and i know most of you would have heard of them but Hyrbid make a bar and plate cooler with cast tanks and is very efficient and very good overall. Quality build and good performance. It has a 0.2 psi pressure drop across the core at 15psi which is a very good cooler, bar and plate which is an advantage in itself, and can be mounted to any car. I was wondering if you gusy would still be keen if i got hold of these coolers in bulk and then created an alloy piping kit for them ready to bolt onto the car for around say the $1200 mark if you would still be keen? I am definately more keen about this as it allows me to give you gusy the whole package rather than just a cooler and then worry about the organisation of the rest of the stuff, at least this way you can just bolt it on yaself cos it isn't a complicated task to do. The cooler i am talking about can be seen on my avatar on the 500hp GTR... i guess this explains these coolers mean business if it is running on a 500HP GTR with the stuff that guy has on it, big turbos, comp, boost etc. and with excellent results. I am very eager to jump to it this way if you are there to back me, and as i stated in the first thread, i am a perfectionist and don't compromise on quality or performance, and have done my research into these coolers. So i believe it is equally as good to anything i was going to have built and also is bar and plate. Think about it and post me your thoughts cos if people are keen i am going to start straight away. With making an R33 piping kit from my car and a 180sx/silvia piping kit from my mates car. Thnx for your time everyone, J.

would go onto a GTR but stock GTR's have two BOV's so i presume you wouldn't run anything else other than two BOV's.

Um it aint the same sound as the super sequential but it is a sequential BOV still, it is just built to take high amounts of power and likewise boost. Basically to get best performance possible. Used for those keen on a good performing BOV, very very commonly found on drift cars to are after super quick throttle response. Very similar sound to a Blitz DD BOV, and has some very awesome compressor serge sounding noise when used witha big cooler (not compressor serge jsut same sound fluttering sound). Awesome BOV overall, and to be honest i am spewing hardcore that i bought my new Blitz BOV this morning!!

Hey peoples managed to get hold of a brand new HKS sequential Racing BOV if anyone is keen, the long looking one. Rather exspensive BOV and is one of the better performance BOV's u can get ya hand's on. Selling it for $330 or best offer and is brand new still in shrink wrap. Need to sell it quickly tho. Is on a pipe for a 180sx aswell so good for SR20 owners but can still be remounted to a normal pipe.

I can get hold of a brand spanking new HKS Racing BOV on a pipe for 180sx but can be removed and remounted, for 350 if anyone is interested, once again is more exspensive than the SSQ. yeah got PM, as i said BOV is on its own, uses factory mount on my intake manifold piping next to throttle body, so no middle pipe needed, just gunna have to bolt my stock BOV back on for now and swap vaccum lines. But don't worry i'll do it here before i come over. I'll be there around 10.30?

K dude, as long as u have spanners between 8-12mm then its all good, i'll try and get it off here tho instead to make it easier, what time u want me to come round cos i am currenty doing a custom stereo for a mates car and have only a day left to do it so i need to be snappy to save me some time But hsould be all good.

K $360, only prob is its on my car so do u have spanners to remove it?? Cos if you don't i will need to go to a mates house first cos i lent my sidchromes out to a mate. Can't use a socket wrench on it cos where it mounts hard to get to bottom bolt. Let me know if u have the spanners otherwise i'll have to go there first on the way.

Nah sorry dude unless it has the mount i don't think i'll be keen at all cos i cbf at the moment tryin to get a mount made for it that all cos i am getting a cooler soon and will be welding it onto the piping so dun wanna be doing two things when only one should be done.

The HKS BOV is known to be pretty much the best BOV in the world. It an hold enormous amounts of boost with no boost leak at all. Hence the price tag. I am a HUGE fan of the sound it produces and is the reason i bought it in the first place, but need to fund something else at the moment and i thought i'd just get rid of the BOV instead for now and probs down the line purchase another one but the racing version. But yes it is the one pictured and has the louder purpler piece in it so it is as loud as it can be... put it this way, if u run 10psi+ its damn loud!!

SO basically brand new, Well if i can c it tomorrow then its done, does it have the mount for R33 or does it need to be welded onto a mount? However if i need to weld it onto my piping then probs say swap and $70? cos mine has the mount already and not willing to muck around with cut and welding unless i need to cos its costly.

How new is the Blitz BOV?? If it is in the same condition as my BOV then its a done deal. But only if its nearly new.

BOOSTMEISTER: Thnx for the info, and like u said i had already decided to not use a garrett core... to put it bluntly they are one of the hsitest cores i have found!! I have had some very good luck and have got onto a secret i am gunna blow now, that most of the top flowing cores with the leasst pressure drop and still very good cooling efficiency is the new Adrad core which i am jumping to get hold of. As for ARE... they are the end tanks i am after!! If i'm not wong wrong ur a freak... u knew all my moves Yeah basically they were the people who sorta steered me away from cooler prices. I was after an ARE cooler for my car after many conversations with Richard from ARE via e-m@il i decided to go with one until i thought about what i was paying for it. It was around the 1200 mark which i believe is a bit too much and is the reason i am trying to almost halve that for u guys!! Basically it will be an ARE cooler i am selling.
