  1. you have to be careful though the fuel gauge i notice works in very strange ways with the meter on the screen if you were averaging say 11-12km/l then your driving behaviour changes, that could change from 80km to 10km left in your tank. just keep that in mind if you ever go for long drives i always rather be safe than sorry the most FYI i ever got out of a tank in suburban driving was 595km and the meter on the screen was sitting on 0kms and it changed to that warning screen, i still drove around for a good 20kms after that too, just testing it out.... the tanks i think are 70ltr but for some reason i never ever fill up that much
  2. very good investment - swaybars make a world of difference on our cars!
  3. mine.... is pretty simple.. MJS-350 just my initials and because its a 350GT
  4. well considering we have he same engine as the 350z... use 98ron i always have used 98 in all my cars and yes if you have the fuel economy "leaf" you will find that the car runs better and needs less of a heavier foot to get it moving when u have a better batch of petrol in the car
  5. my weekly suburban average is always 8-8.3km/l
  6. i don thave this problem but i dont use auto headlights, i just use the manual one
  7. i realise that, the problem is everyone has to start somewhere! 308rwkw man my old s15 made 252rwkw and i managed a 11.8 sec pass! semi slicks also did a 1:09 around wakefield my first time there in it, i miss that car was so well put togehter and all top shelf parts, and it handled like magic
  8. hahah i have one! i sold the s15 and i bought the v35 because i didnt want to go "fast" in it because i have the motorbike now just on my P's so still putting around on the cbr250rr but i miss the power in the car so next year saving up for SC or TT kit
  9. i want more power
  10. anyone know where i can get studs 10mm longer than the standard ones? i have some here which are 15mm longer but i am too scared to cut them and put them on the car. not safe!
  11. thats pretty good mate pretty similar to mine but mine is an 04 manual and completely stock
  12. looks tops! order some custom spacers from www.wheelworx.com.au make sure if you get the slip on ones you also get the correct wheel studs to suit so it is safe
  13. i think he has ditched the SC and gone with a twin turbo or big single turbo setup now? i cant keep up with karem lol
  14. they were for the front i have 295/30/19 on the rear
  15. yeh mate that is a big ass rort i got my Dunlop Sport Maxx 265/30/19 for $350 each AGR Tyres in sefton. you REALLY need to haggle them downnnn
  16. yeh running a 19 inch rim with a 30 profile tyre damn you can notice the difference!
  17. if it were as simple as a reflash im sure it is one of the first things they would have tried instead of going and developing work-around software for it instead but would be interesting to hear other peoples thoughts on this
  18. yeh just go for a good rays rim..... +22 offset all round no problem make sure you keep your wallet from running away from you though a set in 19" these days will cost you around 4.5-5.5k delivered
  19. the 15mm spacers will be too big but thanks for the offer yeh i did alot of researched and looked at ALOT of photos of other V35s especially over in America before i ordered
  20. thats the standard one you might of compltley threaded it if it is not tightening up when you try to screw it in properly
  21. nah i wont forget its something i always keep an eye on and do and have done with my last 2 cars also
  22. hey guys thanks for the replies. ive seen some V35's with 20" and in some photos it just looks too big. i reckon the best fitment would be 20" Rear and 19" front but then i dont know what that would look like. -2.5 degree camber is alot, but all i do is going to get the tyres swapped around every 10,000kms or so, so that they will wear a bit more evenly. making the car look good comes at a price unfortunately. PS. i also had to roll the rear guards as well to get that offset rim under the car
  23. Hey guys some of you saw my car at the meetup, just posting a few pics of the new rims on the car 19 x 9.5 +17 - 265/30/19 Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 19 x 10.5 +17 - 295/30/19 Michelin Pilot Sport 2 imo the right size 19" rim doesnt actually look small on the v35. i also have Nagisa Auto Rear Camber, Rear Toe, and Front Camber arms in order to make the rims fit. Running -2.5 Degrees Camber all round. I also installed some HKS Kansai sway bars too. They make a MASSIVE difference to the body roll and handling of the car. A must have first mod for Everyone! Car has been lowered, it is sitting on TEIN Comfort Sport Coilovers. I think they are at the max it can go in terms of height adjustment. This made the biggest difference to the look of the car, as a low V35 looks AWESOME! one thing i planned for, is that i currently have 10mm hubcentric slip on spacers on order, so that i can bring the front rims out, bringing the offset of the front to +7. I would of ordered them in +7, but RAYS dont make them in that offset. Its +17 then +4...... big jump. only 2 pics i have. enjoy. -mark
  24. hey G7 i thought u looked familiar and i remember u now u had the black S15 with those plates before...... ??
