  7. hi if anyone has a BM57 Brake Master Cylinder, as the topic states off a Z32 / R33 GTR or R34 GTR let me know im after 1 cheers, -mark
  8. Anyone want to come and show us which engines make REAL power? ROFL all is welcome:) 4WD dyno for all you GT ARRGHHHHHHHS Where: Croydon Racing Development 9 Blaxland Street Silverwater NSW 2128 Sydney, Australia When: Sunday 16th July 2006, starting at 9.00am Price: $50 for 3 power runs cheers, -mark
  9. blue, then red, then black [best] have you seen black silicon hose before? PWR use them, the quality is very noticeable compared to the blue ones
  10. i have my reasons why i would not get him to tune my car. mechanical work and installation all good but tuning id rather go elsewhere. greg drives like a maniac and has great skill and has competed many times in such events, the r32 gtr was also very close to stock, so not much need to tune if any at all. -mark
  11. hi guys dont mind if a 180 tags along??? i wouldnt mind a drive to bathurst, as long as we can head there via bells line, not the motorway
  12. 13.0 @ 109mph
  13. yeh the autobarn ones are pretty crappy silicon hose comes in 3 grades: blue, red and black - different grades can hold more psi and withstand greater temps. this also reflects on price
  14. they use Hub Dynos not roller dynos btw dont know how this would effect tuning, either be better or worse
  15. drive your ass down to sydney and see jim @ CRD its only 2hrs away
  16. i got my engineer report done at Autosport Engineering, Kirrawee Greg will help you with everything you need to know was around the $700-$800 from memory best money i have spent, havent been defected since i got it over 2 years ago. They have pulled me over, but once you show them the report they cant really do much unless they REALLY want to screw you over.
  17. Shift! Performance, Lansavale Mick's Metalcraft, Fairfield
  18. i personally wouldnt take it to greg to tune a fully rebuilt engine. greg is a top bloke but his facilities are a bit outdated. [sorry greg] if you want the best possible tune for your car, go see Jim @ CRD at silverwater. the tune is the most important part of the running of the car, besides the engine itself. as NXTIME said, dont limit yourself. a good tune and a bad tune is the difference between a blown engine and a perfectly running one. do yourslef a favour and go to CRD
  19. hi mate sent you a pm. as frankxy said what brand are these? genuine nissan one go for around $170 thats why i am asking. Also would they suit SR20DET? -mark
  20. wow so thats where all our defect fine money and speed camera money is going... the force is sure getting stylish!
  21. that best r32 gtr with the t51r omg how nice was that..... mintie car was good too! cant beleive he didnt win anything! RIGGED!!! hehe

    Go Karts

for $175 id rather attend a wakefield day or a motorkhana or a hillclimb event over a little go kart hence why $45 is much more affordable, and you will get the same amount of track time as at eastern creek. its the only way i managed to get the numbers to have a decent day.
  23. are federals really that good? i have been told they are crappy by a number of people, when they point it them on my car. however, i have had these tyres on the rear of my 180 in 18" cant break traction with the things when just flooring it. ive got 250rwkw and it i still cant break traction from giving it a bootful. they must be good tyres! -mark
  24. hi all i am after some r32 skyline front and rear hubs so i can do a 5 stud conversion on my car. if anyone has got any lying around it'd be great. please send me a pm with availability / price so i can check my email to see if there is a reply. -mark
  25. getting a cams license is easy, depending on what you want to do. I recently applied for a L2S License [meaning Level 2 Speed] which allows you to partake in most events like hill climb, super sprint, motorkana, etc. The L2S License costs $85 and you can may by money order, cheque or credit card. you have to be part of a CAMS affiliated Club in order to get a cams license also. The SAU NSW Members club is the club to join for all you SAU people. You also need to meet certain scruitneering criteria, like having a fire extinguisher in the car etc. [ i wont go into much detail] you will also need a number and triangle for your car you can get magnetic ones, much like i purchased from the NSCC. its a pain in the ass setting everything up and getting everything organised, but it is the best fun when your out there racing! hope this little info helps you a bit -mark [ps ive got a L2S License]
