LOL @ Nightcrawler!! Yep I'm in a corporate box, have managed to scab free tickets for the last 4 years!! I'm so pissed off, heaps busy day at work tomorrow, mettings etc etc and my b/f tells me they have a spare ticket for tomorrow..doh!!

I know they do it with 32s, not sure about 33s though, but I know when going thru compliance they cut the wires for the two inner tail lights so only the two outers work. Something to do with the 32 GTRS which were Australian delivered and their inner tail lights actually being indicators. On imported 32s, the indicators are actually where the reverse lights are on an Aussie delivered version. Correct me if I'm wrong though...

I'm not sure if this is the case with all insurance companies but it was actually cheaper for my b/f to insure a GTR than a GTS-T. The insurance company told him that because there are fewer GTRs driven by older people, there is a lesser accident/theft rate, therefore cheaper insurance. Have no idea if this is true, but his insurance was pretty reasonable for his GTR.

Just spoke to my b/f about the "sorry we don't do Skylines" comment!!! He reckons his dad will be not happy about that at all!!! Oh well, new owners, what can you do!?

Yep theyre work is wicked...my b/f's dad used to own it and his brother still works there...they're paintwork is very good and they're heaps fussy with their quality. They do a lot of new car work so they have to be up to scratch!

Put it this way, if you're worried abot fuel consumption....my 33 GTS-T uses a lot more fuel than my b/f's 32 GTR. He gets about 400 out of a tank, and I only get about 350... I was gonna buy a Rex but opted for the Skyline, a much nicer car overall if you ask me!! Rexes feel cheap inside..not as many luxury items!!

Spewing we had to leave before the cruise even started!! Had to rescue a friend whose car broke down and when we got back u were gone. Sounded like it was a good night though guys... I'm sure we'll actually be able to stay for the next one!

Mr b/f has the same problem Silver-Arrowz. All of his discs look like they're fractured or heat stressed or something.. He's still waiting for a new set under warranty from the car yard (8 months later!!!) The dodgy car yard guy won't fork out for new ones.

I used Woolworths high octane once cos I had no choice and my car ran like crap and let off that really gross smell like methane. Was fine as soon as I re-filled it with good old BP Ultimate.

Might have a spot of trouble if you're going to try and get 32 GTR brakes. My b/f has been waiting for a set of brakes under warranty for his GTR from the car yard since last July and the guy has only been able to find rear discs so far, has not been able to get fronts anywhere..probably cos hes trying to get second handies, but you still think you'd be able to get them somewhere...not the case obviously!! New ones would probably burn a hole in the pocket!
